Dr Traiger is the best Dr I have been to since I moved here to SW FL. He actually listens, and considers your medical hx. He knows who you are when you see him. And really cares about you & your health. A true professional.

Former patient This doctor had very bad bedside manner, prescribed a new medication,and when I showed alarm and concern as to why his explanation was only “you don’t want to die, you’ve had enough problems” . He gave me no explanation and walked out of the room. Very bad attitude and not like a Family medicine or Primary care physician to behave

So far, so good. I've only been seeing him a few months, but he does seem to care. I felt like he listened. I got the referrals I needed as well.

PSA Test ? Dean Traiger had been my doctor for a good 10 years and was satisfied with him. If I had a problem that was something other then blood work, every 6 months, I would visit a Specialist. Total time actually spent with the office visit was less then 10 minutes on average. I'm a 71 years of age male and on my last scheduled appointment Dr. Traiger wasn't available. Pretty much the second time over a 2 year period. Anyway, I decided to switch doctors , thank God I did. My new doctor Gary Wright did blood work and was alarmed that my PSA number was at 5 and sent me to a specialist that determined that I had Prostate Cancer, the second leading cancer threat for males in our Country that can cause death if not treated in a timely fashion. My Gleason Score is at 9, which purportedly hasn't left the prostate, which is promising. Why in the World Dr. Traiger never bothered to include a PSA test in my blood work over many years is why I'm in the current situation i'm in now. Let this be a warning

Dr. dean traiger been my doctor since 2019, and for years he takes care of me and really agressive on how he can make me better, specially the last 2 years having open heart surgery, 5 heart stent, brain stent, 3 strokes and diabetes problem. I am not 100% yet health wise but he is there to help me manage it better. Thank you dr. Traiger your the best.
