Well.i really wish they could get a doctor that reads what they're assist put in front of them in stead of not knowing what going on with the patient and trying to act like he read my chart this guy doesn't need to be there or a doctor I'm going to report him to the medical board with proof my appointment was at 2 he came in @315 and was clueless of why I was there and this is not my first or second or third time but this is my last time. I urge you to find another PCP. Adult doctor I think not. No star

Met with the Podiatrist Dr Jesus and his LOVELY staff!!! I was absolutely terrified of having my in growing trotter toe nail removed!! lol HOWEVER what a wonderful warm team !! The Ladies were fabulous and re assuring and Fantastic job done by all Dr Jesus was amazing!!! I am a bit sore today but so glad I went and received such professional car and consideration!!!!!!!! God bless thank you from the old Brit !! Practice that Irish accent a bit more too Dr!!! Cheers

El doctor es muy amable y profesional pero es mucho la espera de que llegas a que te atiende el medico se te van casi 3 horas y después la consulta en 15 o 20 minutos ya terminaste, es mucho la espera ,por lo que a mi respecta me an atendido bien lo mismo el medico que las enfermeras pero es desesperante la espera aquí con muchachos

I've given them a few chances. Every appointment I scheduled I would show up 15 mins early like they ask but keep me waiting a whole hour sometimes two with my two toddlers. They need to find a better schedule system. A single mom of two doesn't have time like that to waist. We schedule our whole lives and need the times to be met. They never update you or ever have an answer of why our turn is skipped.

I made an appointment to be seen because I wasn’t feeling good. They had an opening the same day I called. So I came 30 minutes early and waited about 20 minutes was take him to the back to the triage. They said they had no rooms available and sent me back to the waiting room then I waited for two hours for room to be open. Meanwhile they were still taking people to the triage and bring them to rooms and sending some people back. Then I found get cold to the back and was told the doctor will be with us in a moment obviously I know that’s gonna take a few minutes maybe 20. Once the doctor came he seemed like he was very concerned and wanting to get to the bottom of it which I liked but I knew they need some samples. So then I had to wait for an hour for the results of my urine test. That lied to about how I can’t see my result online. Since I was waiting for an hour me and my fiancé just decided to walk out and nobody cared nobody stopped us. Overall it was the biggest waste of time just to speak to the doctor for five minutes.

Muy mala se demoran demasiado en atender te tienen horas sentados…porfavor den su cita con tiempo para cada persona

Dr. Chad Filson genuinely is a very caring and patient doctor, with a postive attitude. Before he leaves the room, he makes sure all of my questions and concerns are answered. He gives his patients an equal amount of respect and attention. Hence, the wait time is long; although, it is understandable. After all, to be a patient, means to be patient.

Just called with a simple question about my upcoming appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. She wasn’t listening to what I was saying and rushed me off the phone, without even saying goodbye she hung up. Very unprofessional.

My doctor is always very nice and always listens to my concerns
