Doctors are nice workers where rude to my mom with cancer always late never on time and always making patients wait for hours in lobby.

The nurses who bring directly to the doctors treat patients horrible and referrals to services if you dont pay before receiving them give you problems. Terrible place for cancer patients like my husband and I.

Dr McCleod is the best Doctor I know He listens and he cares His staff is wonderful too They really are caring and compassionate for the patients Truth be told in all honesty They saved my life Thank you to all of you at all the facilities around SWFL areas You all rock God bless you all

So we are currently under a nationaly declared pandemic health crisis Ive been sitting in the midst of the most susceptible group... our elderly immunodeficiency sector of society for over an hour on a scheduled lab appointment.... self checking out and leaving. Future patients be aware.

I writing in the name of my brother in law Pedro Herbello. This was our first visit to this center. Dr. Bustamante was fantastic. She quickly took charge of the situation and immediately began contacting physicians at other places which have been involved with my brother recently. Then she order MRIs and other tests STAT. Right there a blood sample was taken and the results a total blood count were available in less than half an hour. Nurses were very attentive. The lady at the checkout counter kept calling several radiology centers in search for one available for immediate service until she found one. After this show of efficiency and care and been unfortunately costumed to see the opposite almost everywhere we were really positively impress. The center looks spotless.

Im appalled at the lack of caring at this location. Ive called 3 times NO ONE is answering the phones. I called the Coloniel location they put me through to the office manager. She was rude and had an attitude as well I WILL NEVER go back to Florida Cancer again No one going through this should be treated so poorly Shame on you for hiring such rude and incapable people
