Had an appointment for check-up & rechargeable battery replacement. They did not have any loaner hearing aids for me to use. Guess I'll have to try after the holidays.

My experience today was a God’s sent. I damaged a piece of my hearing aid. My left aid wasn’t working at all. I called as soon as they opened. Megan said to stop in anytime and she could get me going. Less than an hour later, I left fully operational. She made a temporary repair and sent the original part out for rebuilding. Megan, you are the best!
