No words for the experience here.Thank you.
My father went through a heart wrenching journey with Dementia, transferring from several facilities because he was combative, as he neared the end no one else would take him, thankfully Hope Hospice came to the rescue, when we went there everyone was wonderful, Alia (hope I spelled her name correctly) was incredible and took so much time with us that my Mom & I left feeling my Dad was finally in the best place. Our experience with Hope Hospice was like a ray of sunshine through the storm clouds during a very difficult journey.
Lady in the front office I dealt with was extremely rude. I was asking for directions on how to get to one side of the property, and seemed extremely bothered and yelled a time. She was old as hell so maybe she couldn't hear anything, but hopefully they treat the elderly alot nicer than they did me.
My Mom passed away at Hope Hospice on Diplomat Parkway. I had just had my knee replaced a week before that, and was in pain. The wonderful folks at HH were just as caring of me, as they were with my Mom. They kept her cared for, clean, groomed, and went above and beyond. They offered me pillows for my knee, and even checked on me from time to time. I will always be so grateful to them.
I will always be grateful to Hospice nurses, Penny, Natalia, aids, specialy Mayra, for taking care of my dad until the last day. They make sure you understand your loved ones needs as he or she reaches his final days here on earth. This is an amazing organization that offers compassion, caring, gentle touch to the fragile human being that needs a caring hand. I love you all and wish you all a happy Thanksgiving.
Can’t ask for a more carrying or professional staff. My dad and mom were both kept so comfortable there. My mom rallied and is now in Assisted living but still being seen by hospice. In this time of Covid the care that Sharon her Hospice nurse brings her so much comfort right now. It’s incredibly lonely for patients in assisted-living and the nurse just makes her day. She gives me calls to update me and helps me to work my way through the procedures there at the home.
This was a beautiful oasis of calm. Staff was professional, immediately responsive, compassionate, kind and very helpful. Thank you so much, Nurse Kathy. You made a huge difference.
When we came to our home in Florida in February my mom had just been diagnosed with liver and lung cancer . She did not want to know that her time might be short but she did realize we needed help in order to make her comfortable. I contacted Hope Hospice and let me tell all that it was the best possible choice I could have made for her and our family. Our nurse Amanda and our PA Gary were the best. They were always kind, considerate and so knowledgeable of our needs. They would make mom laugh, put her at ease but most of all they listened to her. Everything they did was in a timely manner and they made sure she understood they were there to help her and not to be afraid to let them know if something was needed. Mom left this earth sooner than we thought and Amanda helped arrange to have all the details worked out so we could fly her home to be laid to rest. There are not enough words that I can say to express my gratitude and thanks for your special organization and all who work there who helped make my mom's last days very special. Truly you are all angelsAll My Thanks and GratitudeSincerelyJoyce PayneDaughter of Alice Fetterly
Dave was only there for a short time, but the staff was amazing, and made his passing easier for both of us.
My father was taken into hospice for his final days. I cannot possibly express the caring and compassion that the caregivers showed not only in the care and comfort of my father, but to our family as well. From the doctor, nurses, aides and the custodial staff the commitment to make this difficult journey easier was their goal. Thank you for the respect, love and compassion shown. I would highly recommend this facility.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
