Probably the very worst of the worst in SW Florida. I registered with Dr Hanna Scrubbe as my PCP in July. Called today to make an appointment and was told the earliest she could see me was March 2022. You have to be kidding me. I have Emphysema, I could be dead by then. Nasty little receptionist who was far from helpful. Do not use this practice. Your life may depend upon it. Horrible experience.

It is difficult to talk to an actual person on the phone. I have had continuous problems with them refilling their prescriptions or responding to my pharmacy. I am going to run out and they just keep transferring me. After merging with millennial, it has been a disatser

My Mom has been seen here several times and has had great care. Our last visit we had to discuss assisted living as she is 84... not an easy topic. Her Dr is Dr Emie and he spent so much time listening and spoke to her in a way that was respectful but firm due to safety concerns. I am a Nurse in AZ., so I know a compassionate Dr when I see one. If you have to wait remember he will take all the time you need with you as well as the patient ahead of you! Many Thanks Dr Emie and Staff for taking care of my Mom.

Been a patient with the practice for many years. I've had some trouble with staff remembering to follow up with me when requesting lab reqs or samples. But I stay because of the providers. Currently very happy with the care provided by Dr. Oyeyipo, Dr. Mather, Murla Ecclesiaste, and Michael Flores.

Dr. Laufer and his staff are great! There is unfortunately a long wait when your there to see him but he truly listens to you and wants to help!

Doctor O is great, however since they switched to Millennium there has been a tremendous drop off in the way the treat their patients. It's been one mishap after another. Despite liking Dr. O, I think it may be time for me to find a new practice.

Saw a women fall due to inadequate space for hándicap equipment. Saw the WORST looking associate with horrible attitude. 1 PA and Dr. seemed competent, but the rest were clearly having a rough go of it, especially with a takeover. Needs MAJOR overhaul both physically and mentally.
