Dr. Dahlia Fernandez is GREAT. The problem is the office staff. They make many mistakes especially sending prescription requests to the wrong pharmacy repeatedly and lying when caught. Really unprofessional.

Yeah! They finally got a permanent doctor. Dr Dalia Fernandez is very nice and I really like her. Now the problem area the Front Desk. After seeing the Dr I asked the Front Desk to contact my Pharmacy Champ Va. so I can get my refills renewed. Well I waited a few days no one called me back to tell me anything. So I had to call, Tracy ( I was told she was the office manager by someone else) answered and I told her my scrips haven't been renewed yet, did they contact Champ Va. She didn't say she called or not, she just told me it's not a Pharmacy in Florida. I told her the front desk has sent me scrips in before and she proceeded to say the same thing not a Pharmacy in Florida. So I got pissed and told her good bye and hung up. A little while later I called back she answered again and I asked her to leave a message for the Dr to call me. She said ok that the Dr will call me after she sees her patients. UPDATE: So I called the office back spoke to the Dr Fernandez and she tells me she can't contact Champ Va pharmacy due to she can't prescribe meds for out for out of state only for Florida. So now I have to find another doctor and start all over. I hope I don't run out of meds before I find a new doctor. Oh and it would nice if Tracy had DONE HER JOB and called me to explain the problem!

Record keeping is horrible. Husband called to reschedule his appt due to upcoming surgery. Natasha (again) said he did not have a scheduled appt. This is the 2nd time she has messed up his appts. She wrote it out on a card but never entered it in the system. Also, they have a huge turnover of Dr's.

I really don't think any of the people that work there know what's going on they lose records they write prescriptions inaccurately and they don't keep a doctor long enough to get familiar with you and I even have to question whether the doctor's or physician's assistants you are a subpar medical facility which does not address the individual's concerns

This doctors office does not have doctors. They have gone for close to a year without one. I strongly advise everyone to seek medical help elsewhere

I have been very satisfied with the care that I receive from Doctor Morales at Island Doctors located in Cape Coral, FL. Doctor Morales takes the time to listen and explain in detail any questions that I have related to the reason for my visits. I would recommend Doctor Morales to any of my friends.
