Took four patients ahead as they were walking in the door, ignoring the sign in clip board. I finally spoke up when they did it the 5th time (with a hi, I am on the clipboard. The response? Taking three patients ahead of me that signed in after.

I went to Lee Convenient Care yesterday for a painfully swollen and sore ankle and foot. The experience could not have been better. From check -in at the desk with Cara, nurse Carol, Dr. Loutzenhiser and discharge nurse Tiffany, I was treated with care and compassion. Dr. Lautzenhiser was very thorough in examining and treating my ankle and his diagnosis was spot on. The prescribed medication has helped immensely in only one day. My gratitude and thanks to the care team that treated me.

This is one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Id like to think the staff and doctor that treated me, for their professionalism. The nurses are full of knowledge and very personable. Making it a lot easier in uncomfortable situations. We were in and out under an hour. Tara was one of the nurses that helped and I hope the company knows what n outstanding job she does and the level of care she gave is incomparable. For her, this is more than just a job you can tell she’s there because she really wants to help people and that’s exactly what kind of characteristics make a great nurse! Thank you

I fell and hurt my shoulder. The doctor who saw me said my shoulder was not broken but did NOT do an xray. One month later I was still in extreme pain. Saw an orthopedic surgeon. He said my shoulder was broken, bone displaced, and rotator cuff torn.

My two year old and I saw Dr. B tonight for a week long flu we’ve been dealing with. The office staff was so kind as was Doc and they had us in and out in no time. Highly recommend this facility to anyone of any age!
