Always a good experience here. Needd any problems or issues. Great staff, doctors and nurses.
This place will charge you hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing. They will do a urine test, take your blood pressure and temperature and then tell you something you most likely already knew. Anything more than basic treatment, they will tell you to go to the emergency room and they will waste your time there and still charge you $250 for NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, THEY ARE USELESS! JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE ER AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!
Employees in their place are amazing! Thank you for your service and what you do.
went in with acute pain in my chest. the doctors took me seriously and got me a new appointment ASAP with PCP. everything went very smoothly and i didnt have to wait very long at all. maybe 1 hour total appointment time. in and out . being seen was $151 out of pocket, which is fine because the service was good and i got what i came for. i really appreciate the care they had for me.
Great Service and Staff I had been experiencing a variety of symptoms over the span of a couple days and finally it presented as what I believed to be a sinus infection so I went to this care facility and am glad I did. The parking lot is huge with easy parking. This is a stand-alone building which houses both Urgent Care and Occupational Health, maybe other services also. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and there were maybe two people in the waiting room. The staff at the check-in counter took my information and I started my wait. 3-5 minutes, maybe, and a nurse called my name. Did the usual height and weight check and proceeded to a patient room, equipped just as all the rest. The nurse performed the usual vital sign checks and reviewed medical history, medications, etc., all the while pleasant and listened to all I had to say. Based on my symptoms, a nasal swab for Covid and flu were ordered and the lab tech was there in a minute or two. Joining her was my APRN Cynthia Reichelt who had great interpersonal skills, friendly and thorough. She had ordered the swab test to eliminate and or confirm what I might have and results would be ready in 15 minutes. I never felt rushed or that she needed to keep her time with me to a minimum. In fact, we had a very nice personal conversation about my relocation to this area. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, diagnosis was as predicted - sinus infection. Medication orders had already been sent to my drug store and we reviewed my discharge papers. I used to work in a hospital ER that also did urgent care so I know how these places can perform. This facility and staff are top notch. I will never hesitate to go there. Good job by all from the check-in desk to the discharge nurse!

Had to take my Mom here for a rash that she experienced on one knee and then a lot more on her other leg. She was obviously worried and felt it may have originated from a bug bite. We checked in quickly with a very friendly triage attendant. The wait was fake it quick so we were lease with that. Once in the private room a nurse took Mom's vitals and shortly thereafter a Physician's Assistant came in to talk with Mom, they sent in a prescription for Prednisone and another cream and other oral medication. We are hoping this will clear up with these medications. Being the big city that Cape Coral is, I worried about getting attentive service from medical start, but all the folks at Lee Convenient Care did a great job to ease our minds.
Best urgent care I've been to. Not long to wait, good doctor.
Dear Clinic Manager/Patient Relations Team, I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your urgent care facility with my 7-year-old son. We have visited this location numerous times in the past and have always had positive experiences with your providers—until last visit on April 10th, which was quite the opposite. We returned to urgent care because my son’s condition had not improved. When someone entered the exam room, there was no greeting or introduction—just a blunt, “Why are you here? You were here on Monday. We can’t do anything. What do you want us to do?” This immediate tone made us feel unwelcome and dismissed. The provider, who I later learned was named Margaret (a PA), examined my son without explaining any steps of the process. She didn’t ask him to breathe deeply during the lung check, nor did she offer any reassurance or communication to my child. When I asked for a flu and COVID test due to his worsening symptoms—particularly a severe cough and throat pain—she responded with, “Are you sure you want him to get tested? If it’s flu or COVID, you won’t get anything. There is no treatment.” Despite this, I insisted on testing out of concern for his health and school requirements. After the test, a medical assistant came in and simply said, “Margaret said you can go home and check results through MyChart.” When I asked who Margaret was, I was told she was the PA. I explained that I wanted to wait for the results, especially if a school note would be needed for a positive result. I was again told to leave, but I insisted on waiting. Eventually, the assistant came back, stated the result was negative, and showed it to me on the computer—there was no documentation on our discharge papers. This experience was disheartening. I left feeling unwelcome, dismissed, and disrespected. The treatment we received felt rushed, cold, and lacking the compassion I expect from healthcare professionals—especially those working with children. As a parent, I trust healthcare providers not just with the physical care of my child but also to provide reassurance and empathy. Unfortunately, that trust was shaken during this visit. I do not feel that the treatment we received aligned with Lee Health’s mission to be a trusted partner, empowering healthier lives through care and compassion. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that no other parent or child has to feel the way we did.
I would like to give a special thanks to Dayami, an employee of Costumer Service at Lee Conv Care- Pine Isl-25058 located at 1682 NE PINE ISLAND RD, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909. Her kind demeanor reveals her great sense of humanity, as well as her professionalism, which puts the work she does in a very high regard. I must also mention that Raquel, the nurse who attended to me, behaved in the same manner. I hope this is read by your other colleagues and appreciated by your superiors. Congratulations, Dayami and Raquel. Best regards, thank you very much. Nelson Pinero Garcia.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
