Shehzan is good health care for your treatment so TYSM The staff .dr .nurses all of them fabuloussssssss
This morning I went to Cape Coral ER Hospital for an emergency, and unfortunately, the care was very poor. The doctor didn't perform a proper evaluation; he didn't even listen to my lungs correctly, which is basic in this type of consultation. I felt ignored and rushed, without the care and professionalism one expects in an emergency room. You go to the emergency room looking for help and reassurance, and this experience was the complete opposite. I hope the hospital reviews the quality of medical care and the treatment of patients because it leaves much to be desired.
From the emergency room to the regular room, everyone was very friendly, kind, never once did I feel embarrassed or burdensome. I felt such love and compassion with everyone I met. I'm so thankful. They even played Christian music for me while I had an MRI done along with wrapping me in a warm blanket. God bless our medical workers!
I want to Cape Coral Hospital because my Dr sent me to Hospital and since I live 5 minutes from Cape Coral so I went there and the Dr that I got was very rude , did not do her job I would not suggest you go there
We have been in the ER Lee hospital (Del Prado)Cape Coral for five hours, this is the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. If other businesses ran this Inefficient they would close down We started at 4:30 pm with 30 people in the ER waiting room and now 10:00 pm there are still 25 people still waiting No wonder they have a low rating We were told if we went home and came back in the morning then we would have to start over We will never come back to the substandard facility again
I have been there several times through the ER and for surgery I have nothing to say negative about them. I was always treated very nicely and was happy with all of my visits. and staff
If your care and health is important to you and your family, DO NOT go to this hospital. They are unorganized, communicate poorly and leave patients sitting in rooms without a plan of care for days. Staff struggles to speak clear English and does not have answers to simple questions. We exited a family member and decided to take him to a hospital that can provide excellent care and has much higher ratings. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Leadership at the hospital should be changed. The people in the area deserve far better than what they offer, especially with the cost the patient will pay. You will see a canned response from the hospital on this matter and others. Asking you to spend more of your valuable time reaching out for answers. Don't waste your time, they have no answers or else the ratings would have improved over the past few years. Instead they get worse. No response from this "third world" hospital needed.
I had to go to the hospital Tuesday morning by ambulance for high BP. The Medics and FF personnel were a pleasure to meet. They were very nice and professional. I told them I am a retired first responder. Once in the ER the nurses, PA, and others who took care of me were very nice and efficient. The experience was good. It was my 2nd time there. Thank you.
Came in for a severe infection that required surgery. I can't recommend this place enough. Great stay with great staff. Shoniq the RN was spectacular! It was like you had a friend looking after you the whole time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
