Staff is very nice. Do not go right now, the wait is extremely long, about the same as any ER. Fort Myers is much faster.

So well taken care of by all the nurses! Only problem I had was that they still have double rooms , which is NOT acceptable.

Took both of my daughters with high temperatures at different times, they both were given the same basic test covid, flu, and strep. 2 of the test came back negative, however both my girls needed treatment for respiratory infections. One of my girls was prescribed medication for nausea, but not for what she needed. which was bewildering because it had nothing to do with the symptoms. Lee County healthcare is biased in many ways and lack luster I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated and wished we had other options. If you are a physician and you see a child who is struggling to breathe and you send them home with a prescription for nausea you are in the wrong career and need to be removed. Thank God for his Grace and leading we were able to find the right help for our daughters which are 5 and 2.

I went to Convenient Care today because my left eye interior lid had was painful after power washing. Something hurt the eye. I was seen by a very knowledgeable and professional PA after only about a 15 minute wait. The PA knew specific diagnosed my problem and gave an proper course of action to fix the problem. Thanks so much.

In all honesty this was the worst. I've been running a high fever for 5 days. The nurse made it sound like I really wasn't sick. Then the time on their website said about a 10 to 35 minute wait. Several people checked in after me and they were seen before me. I understand kids but others that just walked in got seen first. So it's finally an hour later and I ask if I'm going to be seen, your next. Well a lady that came in as a walk in, maybe 15 minutes and she is called before me. I have a 102 fever wicked headache and nasty cough that is making my ribs hurt. I guess they thought I wasn't important enough. Usually Lee health is great but this location was absolutely awful.

I would to say that Morgan Colagiovanni P.A is a phenomenal person as professional health care provider. I took my son in today and she actually took the time to listen to my concerns and physically evaluate my son. The medicine she provided to my son in the facility worked so promptly I couldn't be any happier. As a parent your children's health is top priority and having someone to listen and take action speaks above and beyond of her character as a person and health provider. She took the time to listen and take action. Very knowledgeable and I thank her for answering my questions in regards to my son's health with no hesitation. She made my son feel good in a time his health was a little deplorable. Because of providers like her is the reason I still believe and have good faith I can continue to take my children to this facility. Thank you a million times for your help for making my son feel better and listen to all my concerns. ❤️
