Take the time to listen and to explainThe appointments are always on time, he always has a smile on his face, and he takes the extra time to explain anything you may have questions on. If he diagnosis something he explains that and if we prescribed a medication, he’ll explain how the medication works. Very informative with excellent “bedside manners “. The best physician I’ve ever had.

Doesn't listen to the patientCan't put the entire blame on him, May have been his staff. I have a fast growing mengioma tumor which took me over 4 months to diagnose. I had begged their staff to get my MRI, biopsy, etc done as STAT. They sent the wrong script for biopsy (needle instead of core). This took another two months !!! They did not listen to me or care. Nothing was done STAT. By the time I FINALLY got results in January (since August) the tumor went from 3cm to over 8cm, which has now caused lots of issues. If they would have listened to me and sent over orders STAT like requested, a lot of these issues could have been avoided. Unfortunately, we LOVE Kevin Poelker...but because of this I will not be going back to that office ever again.

Dr. De La Parte Perez has been my primary care physician for over a year. I have been a happy customer and satisfied patient since. Dr. De La Parte has a great bedside manner. He takes time to get to know his patients, familiarizes himself with their medical history, and ask questions pertinent to their physical and mental wellbeing. And perhaps more importantly, he listens patiently to the patient's responses, all to help him arrive at an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis. Dr. De La Parte makes sure that patients leave his office with a clear mind, knowing their health is in good hands. Thanks Doc!
