Horrible office & terrible customer service! They care nothing about the patients... Numerous times I've been asked by doctor Amanda to reschedule because of a "family emergency" meanwhile I am sick dealing with other health issues and I get told I am not able to continue my shots because I have a life outside of my shots and other problems ongoing where I either needed to reschedule or couldn't come in. I will never recommend this office especially not for kids! Save your time and energy. These are your "doctors" nowadays. Disgraceful

Hello All,I do not recommend bringing your child here. None of the staff are warm, friendly, or knowledgeable. We’ve gone to this office twice and had the same experience both times. I shared my experience with the receptionist, Kara, and the nurse, Tracey, and they let Amanda Huffman, the APRN, know about my comments. The next day Amanda called me to discuss my concerns and when I tried to share my experience, she cut me off, got defensive and would not allow me to speak. She said that she would have her office manager call me. The worst patient/customer service we have ever received.Keep your children far away from these people and this office.
