Ridiculous to operate a Urgent care without a XRay capabilities no tech. Pay for a technician for Gods sake.
They Took me in fairly fast. Very caring and explained everything thoroughly!
Terrible experience, i suggest calling ahead to make sure your insurance is valid before you wait almost 2 hours to be seen. Only to be told they don’t accept your insurance, and then ask if you’d like to pay out of pocket. I had to take off work for this. I sent my insurance info via online check in 15 minutes prior to them opening, so 7:45am.
Long wait time 2+ hours. Only one medical person to handle a waiting room of patients. The physician was helpfull.
Had a situation that could be a minor ER visit or something for urgent care. Opted for MD Now and was not disappointed. Check in was efficient and quick, the wait to be seen was brief, and the staff was incredible. These folks put compassion back into health care. I’m back on the mend and am very appreciative of the prompt, professional, and competent care!
Horrible experience waited two hours to see a nurse practitioner who was unqualified to even examine my eyes. Wasted my time since I was rescheduled to see a doctor. Both nurse practitioners were unfriendly and unqualified to examine my eyes. Useless.
The doctor was horrible. They sat me in the room while outside joking around for 30 minutes. I could hear the doctor just fooling around. When he came in he barely assisted me. My eye being in pain irritating and watering for 2 days swollen up. The doctor said everything was fine. After I told the doctor it’s affected stuff got in my eye. I requested for antibiotics. The doctor said okay and ask me question about has been discharged and I said yes. The doctor said he was going come back with paper work to prescribe with antibiotics. Well when I got to Publix he indeed did not sign for antibiotics but instead for irritating eye drops. Which didn’t even need a prescription.
Great care, wonderful staff
MD now Largo Florida 2 men came into the lobby while I waited 45 minutes for a drug test. One had chest pains and had to wait at least 30 minutes to pay upfront first to see someone. Second came in staggering and asking for stitches on his forehead. He said he had a head to head collision. No concussion questions were asked except do you have a concussion? Of course he said no and was told to drive to the er!! The receptionist obviously has no medical training g and that is unacceptable if they are triage. Shocking service and shockingly bad set up, no real triage and no urgency whatsoever.
Llegue a las 9 de la mañana y tuve que esperar 4 horas para wue me tomarán los signos vitales y luego media hora más para que la médico me viera,me parece un mal servicio si vas a una urgencia no debes esperar tanto.tiemp

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
