Labs people show up late to work. How is this even possible.

In September, 2024, just three months ago, I became a new patient at Millenium Physicians Group, Cape Coral, and I saw Mariel Cairo. I provided years of lab work history at the time of my visit. I am on a daily dose of levothyroxine for hypothyroid and have been on this medication for many years. I had gone in, had an exam, she ordered lab work, then I went back in after to "go over results" (another revenue generator) and there were no changes to warrant a change in dose and I was prescribed my medication. I was given a 90 day supply and when I went to try to get a refill, my request was denied. I reached out to Mariel Cairo on patient portal. I received a response that I have to come in if I want my refill. I explained that there are no changes, that I was just tested, and that I have historically been tested every 6 - 12 months and been given refills between labs, prior to coming to this office. This clinic is extorting money from patients and it should not be allowed to continue!

Terrible front office; scheduling incorrectly, rec'ing wrong texts; Office does not care. My 95 yr old mother, had part of her lung removed 2 years ago, finds Dr. McAlpine to be a fine DR. But,his office staff & nurse are disappointing at Millennium Physician Group. They lack empathy, common sense & have a poor attitude towards patients, is this leadership's position? Issue, my mother made an appt for Nov. 15th but rec'd a call Nov. 11th that she was a NO SHOW on the 11th & her app't would now be Dec 2nd! She explained the app't card given to her read Nov. 15th, the appt hadn't even happened yet. They said they had no appt for the 15th. She complied, went to the Dec 2nd appt, left an hour early to be on time (she's a fanatic about being early), however very bad traffic, made her a few minutes late. Respectfully she called to say she was in traffic, would be 10 minutes late.they said NO SHOW, come Feb 6. This is egregious, someone in management at Millennium Physician Group needs to step up their game & train their front desk. Terrible customer care.

The one on SAN CARLOS BLVD Didn't keep my appointment that is verified in a text. they must be total shit because they are not even on yelp to review. Showed up and they said nope sorry not today must have been a mistake they said.

Dr. Jack Clark was the rudest physician I ever dealt with. I asked a question and he SNAPPED back... uncalled for nasty behavior. Find a better group. Anyone has better bed side manners than this guy!!! I'd give a 0 star review, it was that bad.

My wife is depended on them we have been with there Dr and all there services exceptional care and efficiency. Office help is great and get you where you have to see.

Terrible referral s. From Millenium To another,Millenium To whomever ? Given many ,an very disappointed with Milleniums referrals ,"as I had To change to a ppo , to make sure of proper addresses An Doctors . On My own!! , CEO Kevin Kearns himself my opinion?? Has no idea of doctors following his policies. For mental referrals. As well for drugs. ?? No help in his organization. Ridiculous None vMillennium CEO Kearns computer guru???,. Policies suck., as he The ceo Has no idea of what is going on with referrals , just signing up doctors, in my opinion , To Make money on each an every DOCTOR he SIGNS on. Plus patients to other doctors . referrals. ??Insurances rates for his group. Not the patients of millenium an referrals in his group in My opinion. ridiculous !! As I found out from wasting valuable time ,An at a Personel cost !!!. My significant other on TOP Of iT. Millenium doctor dropped ball as she needed surgery , Sent to inter network referral millenium !!!an had to go to Cleveland clinic for surgery!!! As millenium doctor failed in diagnoses of Proper procedure he recommended!!! surgery. cancelled last minute No notice !!! !! He set up ,after us making plans, For minimal evasive surgery with him ?? Best get ppo Good luck The doctor at Cleveland clinic preformed the non Invasive ,With no problem , on my significant other ,,!!! But time wasted , by mr. Kevin Kearns Ceo. Of Milleniums Doctors ,!! This Could of been life threatening????. As well as mr ceo Kevin Kearns, whom stated To John Boucher , his x neighbor. As john was concerned on the well being of his neighbor for 36 years LANE Whom mother died in house I recently sold to Mr Kevin Kearns My sons prescribed drug adderal has caused mental Issue !!!! His second house for his boat party home He died not live there fi Tim , KEARNS Said no mental H said to mr John Boucher !!! My doctors refe ,MR Kevin Kearns ,there doctors have no mental help for there patients His response to mr Boucher WAS millenium justs. referrers them out??! as with my son Lane , a patient of Millenium he doesn't care where he goes ?? Or they go ?? His patients ,,," In my opinion? ??? Mr Kevin kearns should resign as his only object is building his wealth ,not. The health or wellfare of hijs Patients. !!as was witnessed my me an Many others. . Look at his ratings. He is not a righteous person !!Hopefully someone well straighten out. Was able to make an appointment as a new patient fairly soon. Saw the lovely Dr. De Souza Ferreira who is a great listener and was able to answer all of my questions patiently (I had a list!) and without any judgment. Loved my experience here and glad I found them!

My earlier review was for this location. Not Plantation sorry for the mistake. the providers we used here have no confidence in their ability and it shows. Find a different doctor somewhere else. the business model here is to refer out to their specialists and other entities of the business.... yes business. Why see them then right? Hmmm I don't know make an appointment with such and such oh but wait first get a Cat scan, wait insurance doesn't pay for that it will be 75 dollars. Your scan found your health is impeccable wait I see another problem you will need to go see this one now. But wait you'll need another Cat scan LOL. Oh...your blood work is little bit off now you should get an ultrasound. the Ultrasound is probably fine. But we'll do another one in 6 months just to make sure. Wait you should take this medicine in case you have a problem in the future. You're ok now but take this expensive toxic medicine just in case. LOL no joke this place is.
