Nh Medical Institute's Online Review Report Card

As a parent of a child with autism, I am incredibly grateful for the support and therapy my child receives at Tukkos Therapy Center. The staff there go above and beyond to create a loving, structured, and safe environment for kids like mine who need specialized care. That’s why it’s so upsetting to know that someone like Yenis Torres—who owns NH Medical Institute and used to work in the behavioral therapy field—is the only person in the building constantly complaining about the presence of children with autism. While other providers in the building have shown nothing but respect and understanding, Ms. Torres has continued to make our kids feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing and honestly hurtful to see this lack of empathy coming from someone in the medical field, especially someone who should understand the challenges our children face. Families like mine depend on places like Tukkos to help our kids thrive. El personal se esfuerza muchísimo en ofrecer un ambiente amoroso, estructurado y seguro para niños como el mío, que necesitan cuidados especiales. Por eso me entristece y me molesta saber que alguien como Yenis Torres—propietaria de NH Medical Institute y ex trabajadora en el campo de la terapia conductual—es la única persona en todo el edificio que constantemente se queja de la presencia de niños con autismo. Mientras que otros proveedores han mostrado respeto y comprensión, la Sra. Torres ha hecho que nuestros hijos se sientan no deseados. Es decepcionante y sinceramente doloroso ver esa falta de empatía de parte de alguien que trabaja en el campo médico, especialmente alguien que debería entender los retos que enfrentan nuestros hijos. Familias como la mía dependemos de centros como Tukkos para que nuestros niños puedan progresar. Es una lástima que no todos lo valoren. —Una madre agradecida

no soy de dar muchas reseña a los lugares que frecuento,pero indiscutiblemente no puedo dejar de calificar la clínica NH Medical Institute,por su buen trabajo.Cuando llegas te sientes como en casa,te tratan muy bien y las muchachitas son muy amables.Y ni ablar de la doctora.Les doy 5 estrellas pero si se pudieran dar más fueran 1000/10.Agradecida

I'm very sorry, I went to the appointment on January 16th at 4:00 PM, and I felt bad and they had the TV on, with such loud music and I don't understand if you go to the Dr. because you feel bad, and it was my first time there and they didn't even take my temperature, I am chronically asthmatic and they didn't even check my lungs, I was only there for 12 minutes. The truth is for me it was a very sad experience. I will change clinics. I hope they improve the care because we paid a lot of money for such bad service, my co-payment was 50 dollars. Imagine the insurance. Sad, very sad for me.Oh and the receptionist was singing along with the TV as if she was at a personal party. I don't understand.SORRY!!!!

The entire team at this establishment were very professional, friendly and attentive. Yenis made the entire scheduling process stress free. She was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. Doctor Marialy is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend this establishment!
