The doctors here are phenomenal! However, the majority of dealings I've had with the office have been awful! From arguing with me over correcting the spelling of my name on file (they had the first letter wrong on school forms and told me they would not change it), to now twice telling me my daughter did not need immunizations and once overdue, telling me she does in fact need them, their attitudes and customer service is awful. I find they always have a rude tone just when I am politely asking to schedule an apt. I have used this office when I was a kid and haven taken my 4 year old since she was a baby, But because of the awfulness of the office staff, if it was not for the great doctors we would have left this practice long ago!

I had an appointment at 2:30 PM today. I had a chest xray and was given a shot of steroids before I left at 4:30 PM. I still have not recieved any meds. I was told they would call it in to my pharmacy. It's now 7PM and I can't breathe another night. What a waste of time. Definitely won't be back. The on call guy, when I called was rude and told me to seek emergency care, even though I was there today. Really, so, I need to go to ER now?

I have never met a more understanding doctor in my life. I took my mother to go and see her ;as being her new primary,what a refreshing experience. She is really great at what she does. Then her staff is just as amazing. I can honestly say, I have never had so much fun going to a doctors office. Great Job!

If I could give them negative stars I would!! I have never felt so discriminated against as I did when I took my children there for their well child checks. I'm all for children getting vaccinated, just not a lot of vaccines all at once. When they found out I only wanted one vaccine per month for my baby, they turned very short and indifferent, both the doctor and the nurse. They told me several times I basically was not welcome there unless I give my child vaccines how THEY wanted her to get them, not how ME as her PARENT wanted her to get them. I understand they are a privately owned practice, but I have rights as a patient that they basically were trying to take away from me!! Then, as I checked my childs shot record a few days later, they gave her the WRONG vaccine!! They gave her a combo which I repeatedly made clear I DID NOT want!!

All my children have been going to their office for 8 years. Dr D’Alessandro is wonderful. Brittany (Office Manager) is also amazing in handling an issues, especially with our son who has many health conditions and requires careful coordination of his care.
