List of Physicians' Primary Care Of Swfl Cape Family Practice's Reviews
I have been going to this practice for over 6 years. The staff is always friendly, always answer my questions and never had to wait more than 10 minutes to sign in. You can also to pre-signing online. Nurses are friendly and very professional. My doctor is very professional, always answer all my questions, and explain things on a way that is easy for me to understand. There are different practices at this location. I only use Primary Care and the Lab but I never had a bad experience with them.
My wife and adult children and I have been with Dr. Martinez for 23 years. He is kind and he listens. My office visits are thorough. His staff is professional and courteous. My experience with scheduling, check-in and billing have all been handled in a professional manner.
I've been with this practice for almost a year, after waiting a month and a half for a single referral after my second visit, I made an appointment with a new office. They didn't have any available until this July, but, I've held it. If you are dealing with anything more than very simple routine care you will likely waste precious time here. The mental health part was amazing, I really only kept going back because of the care my therapist provided. She advocated for me and has gone above and beyond in all areas. I understand that we are all people and fall short so I didn't even want to say anything but this office has shown continual neglect and not everyone has time to waste.
Disappointed. Seems like the care has been removed from health. Had a positive experience with a physician in this group previously. We moved away from the state and came back to the area. We picked insurance so we could continue with this group. Made an appointment then was contacted on the day the appointment was scheduled to tell is not to come. The direction was to go to the ER. The situation was not an active ER case. Imagine refusing care for a patient who is trying to understand more about what their body has been doing, which was the reason for the appointment. The ER doesn't take a deep dive and will tell you to see your PCP. Sadly the PCP didn't want to engage. Very disappointed in the 'care' and now we are looking for a true medical partner to help us figure things out.
I am rating 5 Stars to my Dr Alejandro Martinez, very familiar and friendly, always listen to me. Also help my Son in the pass with the Enlisting the Air Force with referrals. I am very old loyal patient. Keep doing a great job Dr.
I was discharged from the practice for missing appointments which is 100% my fault. However was told to reschedule as a new patient waited 4 months and then was told I was not allowed to reestablish as a patient. I could have been at a practice somewhere else but thanks to their lack of communication I now am starting from scratch yet again. And I was a patient for over 15 years. Very disappointing.
Fraudulent billing. My health insurance covers wellness screenings 100%- the nurse practitioner that works there holds my prescriptions hostage and makes me come in every six weeks to monitor my blood pressure which is covered under wellness screenings. The woman never spends more than five minutes with me, records my vitals and refills my prescriptions. This was all fine when they were charging me $30 a visit for this nonsense (should have been free under blood pressure monitoring) then they started charging $135 a visit- for five minutes. They charged it under the doctor's name even though I've never seen a doctor there- probably so they can charge more. Disgraceful.
Been trying for over 2 weeks to have the billing office explain a bill to me and even asked to speak to the office manager the last time after numerous phone calls but no return phone call. They are the worst.
If I could give this office 0 stars, I absolutely would. My parents both have extensive health problems and can never get in when they need to and the providers here need to find different careers. My mom is 61 and has been struggling for a long time with her legs swelling, not being able to breathe correctly, fatigue, dizziness, loosing her balance, extremely high blood sugar, etc. She had bloodwork done that was ordered by another doctor who was concerned she may have diabetes, which came back abnormal in every sense, yet at her appointment yesterday she was made to feel crazy by PA Kevin Poelker who made a joke of her concerns and symptoms and told her it’s “all in her head” . Both her and my father pleaded with this “professional” to help my mom as she has felt horrible for a long time, therefore something is wrong. Kevin ordered an EKG and then came back and said “WOW, I wish mine looked that good!!!” And also asked “Oh, do you need to use them?” Regarding inhalers THIS OFFICE prescribed! Common sense is not common in this office. Do better and stop treating your patients like they don’t matter.
Very nice and clean place. Very good doctors that work there. My doctor who is Dr danley is the best. A good place to see a good doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
