My husband works long hours and can't make it in for appointment till 4pm which also happens to be their last appointment time. But there is a policy this office has where they won't see you if not there 30 mins prior. We offered to come in the day before to fill out any paperwork and do any necessary requirements so he can arrive at 4pm day of appt. The office flat out refuses to accommodate this and doesn't care to lose a potential patient over something very simple. Do not recommend

Office is an absolute joke!! Don't waste your time.

I was faced with a very difficult situation with a friend who was really sick. I spoke with a few people who had been see Glory before and was I was willing to do same for my friend. When we called it was easy and quick to get an appointment. When we arrived we were received with warmth. Glory herself was very patient and listened with empathy. She demonstrated great understanding and knowledge to what my friend was gong through. Her treatment regimen made a great difference in the live of my friend. Without the timely intervention and expertise of Glory, my friend would not have made such a great recovery. I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance with behavioral health concerns.

We've been coming here since we moved to the area in 2022 and really like the office. It is easy to get in contact with the Dr's and Nurses and we've had no issues with appointments or anything. We see Nurse Practitioner Jen and always have always enjoyed how she treats and talks to us.

This practice is desperate for your business, and will say anything to sign you up. I never even met the provider but they took my money anyway.

Jennifer McBrearity is terrible.. She didn't listen during my first appointment and failed to order certain tests. Then, I have to make a new appointment for a test and it takes 1 month to get me in. She also agreed to treat me and offered certain medication, but when one of my specialist doctors suggested an alternative drug, she says no - no explanation I told her my insurance would cover it and she said no it won't. LIES! She finally said she can't treat me b/c I complained that she was not listening to me and requiring me to come in multiple times for the same condition. I am a reasonable, sophisticated woman; Jennifer is selfish and doesn't listen. Poor bedside manner. Spends less than 5 minutes in the room. I'm leaving the whole practice!

I have gone to Dr Vo for over 12 years. Her staff treats their patients like their own family, and so does Dr. Vo. You feel like you are "sitting around the kitchen table" talking to Dr. Vo; she actually listens to you. I am constantly amazed at her complete knowledge of prescriptions, she keeps current on what works and I have complete confidence in what she prescribes. She has never let me down. Her nurse Lorenna is so kind, gentle, and understanding. She has given me shots that I never feel going in my arm. No kiddiing. I once forgot an order at an X-ray facility and Dr. Vo's office had the order faxed to them in less than 1 minute. Even the X-ray technicians were amazed. They have a great phlebotomist on staff who is very gentle and efficient. The office staff all treat the patients as personal friends and they remember you and your preferences. I do not know of a better office or Dr. in SW Florida!
