I can't express enough gratitude for this medical practice. As someone with a difficult chronic illness, it is so comforting to know there is a team of medical professionals who are both compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Sue and Dr. Kamryn have literally saved my life on more than one occasion. Carrie and Marris are so always so helpful and kind at the front desk and I can truly trust them to relay messages to the providers. Highly recommend this practice! May God bless the work they do.

$80 pre-registration fee (even though they found me in their system). They misquoted the price for my MRI (had to pay double). Call the office to get results and everyone I spoke with had an attitude; barely got into details on what was wrong with me. I got more help from chat GPT than this place. EDIT 7/2025 I need a Dr's note for work and they want to charge me another $55 to go over my results 'in person', even though we went over it the phone AND should also be uploaded on the app they force you to download. This place is all about money. Stay away.

Dra Cynthia is a truly gifted doctor who listens carefully, thorough and provides personalized care demonstrating Knowledgeable, addressing not just my physical needs, but also my spiritual well-being, reflecting the love and grace of Jesus. I had a wonderful experience at Samaritan Care, a nonprofit health clinic that truly embodies compassion and professionalism. Cynthia Marshall, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, was not only incredibly knowledgeable in evaluating my health issues but also had a delightful sense of humor that made me feel at ease during my visit. Sabrina Mirra, CMA, was equally impressive—her gentle touch and caring nature made what could have been a stressful blood draw surprisingly comfortable, especially as someone who is typically uneasy with needles. Additionally, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my entire visit. I left feeling valued and cared for, and I highly recommend Samaritan Care for anyone seeking compassionate healthcare.

Can’t say enough good things about the office ! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with a smile . Dr. Marshall provides service and time with her patients like I have never experienced before . She listens and genuinely cares about caring for you . The only downside is that they don’t take insurance but with that being said I would gladly pay for my visits than experience the other kinds of healthcare that I have experienced in the past !

This health center is a Godsend! I am so grateful to Cindy Marshall, my nurse practitioner that has literally saved my life on several occassions. The staff is so kind and compassionate. They care! Cindy is so smart and provides the best care each time I see her. They are available via telehealth which is convenient and affordable. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank God for Samaritan Health and Wellness in SWFL!! :)
