I recently became a new patient here and at first was delighted, with my visits after mom my referred me here. She is currently a patient here. When Dr.Wiley was not available, I was ok to see the nurse practitioner Stacy Wright, who was very good and very easy to talk to. But recently I became very disappointed and angry with her, when she wanted to reverse my PERMANENT HC Tag for my car, to a Temporary one. To say I was mad, was an understatement. I quickly realized, that she clearly was clueless as to the extent of pain, that I live with in my legs on a daily basis, due to LYME Disease. I have lived with this pain since, age 25 and am now in my 50's and she waned to reevaluate me in 6 months. Stacy you were unable to help me with my, lasting lyme issues, so why did she expect a miracle for me within 6 months? It was a quick reminder as to how the medical profession is clueless about LYME Disease and needs to do better. I made a new appoinment with my new NP, a week later and he was very educated about LYME and its issues and said that he had NO problem renewing my permanent HC tag. The medical field has to do better on educating themselves on conditions, that are not researched enough, like LYME Disease. First visit as a new patient. There was a lot to discuss and Dr Wiley was patient and attentive.

I was looking to find a new doctor in Cape Coral, but ended up with the worst. I left feeling like I was ripped off even having to pay my insurance copay for the visit. He explained nothing and would discredit each of my symptoms as if everything was just in my head.

Very thorough and knows what he is doing.

Dr Wiley has been my Primary Care Physician for at least 15 yrs and I have found him to be very professional and thorough! I originally chose him as he graduated from the University of Illinois and I attended U of I for my Engineering degree!

Dr. Wiley has been my general family doctor for six years. If you're old enough to remember the actor Wally Cox, just picture him as your doctor and that's Dr. Wiley. He's very calm, low key and non-judgmental. He listens to his patients and gently chides you for failing to lose weight or whatever, as you had promised on your previous visit. He's great with kids. He is competent and does not hesitate to send you to a specialist. I am very pleased with him.

No eye contact. Very hurried. Rude to staff. Never contacted cardiac physician prior to operation. Berated patient into doing surgery didn't feel necessary and it went poorly.
