I love this office and this doctor. I have been going there for 12 years. I have always been treated "like family". The office staff, the phlebotomist, the nurse, the P.A. and the doctor all show they care and give their patients the time, expertise and understanding they need. Love Dr. Vo and her staff. Very attentive and take time.

Dr.Vo is a great down to earth 🌎 person that has been treating me for over 15 years and I would never considered going to anyone else . She has her hands full with me because of the health conditions I have dealt with from a liver transplant to three cancer surgeries with chemo and radiation treatments and has always been there for me . Was seen by Dr. Vo's assistant Jennifer. She instructed me on what each of my doctor's is doing wrong, was very argumentive. Was told I could see the Dr. Herself in May 2021, after voicing my concerns with Jennifer she informed me I would now have to wait until July 2021 to see the Dr. Because my wife was not allowed to accompany me to dr's I made an audio recording of my dialogue with Jennifer which I will be submitting to the A.M.A. for review and I would say this is the worst dr's experience of my life. Dr Vo is a very down to earth doctor. You can tell her anything and she genuinely cares. I don't know how other reviews are saying poor evaluation of exam or treatment. I have found excellent treatment with her.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Vo, started with her when she first opened her practice, and she and her staff have been exceptional to me during my office visits. Dr. Vo takes the time to listen to me and always helps me with whatever is happening to me. Her nurse is very good about telephone question. I am very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Vo, and her staff is invaluable.

Due to Dr Vo misreading a simple UTI test results following a major surgery, it went untreated for 2 weeks. I returned to see her LNP Jennifer McBreighty, who evaluated my now massively infected incision and prescribed a mild antibiotic and told me I’d be fine. She also was ‘too busy’ to call my surgeon as requested. They almost killed me. An emergency surgery to clean the infection from the surgery site, and 8 weeks of IV antibiotics. When I dared question why they did this, they sent me a letter terminating care due to them not meeting expectations of treatment. They’re right. 2 MASSIVE medical errors that led to me fighting for my life, emergency surgery, and extensive treatment needed. There is a pending complaint with Florida Medical Board. If you want to actually live- steer clear of this office. Their inept care may kill you, while they promise you it’s minor and you’ll be fine. Terrifying that they hold peoples lives in their hands. I have had my share of doctors and moving to FL it was really hard for me to find a PCP that I liked. My obgyn referred me to Dr Vo based on personality I was looking for. She couldn't have been any more spot on. Dr Vo does take the time to listen, let's you have a say in treatment if need be, and really does care. I love her.<3 Never ever had an issue with the staff or any MA. They do run a tight schedule she is the only doctor at this location so timeliness is imperative but they do give about a 10-15 min grace period.
