I started out in the ER with stomach pain, the staff got me back quickly and attended to me in a timely manner, my husband stayed with me the whole time. From the nurses to the radiology staff everyone was friendly, attentive and caring. I was then moved upstairs for surgery the next morning to have my appendix removed. Dr. Berbiglia had come down to the ER to explain what was going on, she answered all questions I had and was patient. While upstairs the staff were again caring, attentive and patient to answer any questions I had. After surgery I was taken well care of and the Drs made sure to check on me daily to see how I was doing and answer questions. My discharge went smoothly and was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Cape Coral Hospital.

*Do Not Go To Cape Coral Hospital*I went to the ER with food poisoning and was on the verge of passing out. Nobody would help me and I felt like the nurses were talking down to me and were extremely disrespectful and even laughed at me. The hospital was not that busy and the nurses were all hanging out at the nurses station having there own convo and was mad I interrupted asking for help. I left and went to Healthpark and got admitted right away and got the proper care I needed. Trust the reviews and go somewhere else. Any hospital is better than this one!

Came here to get help for my daughter and I because we have covid and I have covid pneumonia and the nurse Carmen that I got to do our vitals was laughing at like our symptoms were funny or something and didn't believe a word my daughter was telling her. I didn't find anything funny at all. People are dying from this virus. This isn't the first time I have gotten her before. Shes always been rude and snippity. This hospital and its staff need to do better.
