Thank you to Dr. Peguero, Natalya and their Team for always Caring, time spent with us during our visits are always adequate, My Husband and I appreciate the care that we received every time that we have an appointment. They are very knowledgeable with our Care. The office is very clean and comfortable. Thanks to all the Staff at VIP Care in Cape Coral.

DrMarc Guierre in Lakeland Florida is a bad Dr for this company. No calls that your appointment was canceled. Gas lights his female patients.

Very poor service! Front desk is cold and uncaring! Just changed over to them a month ago! Had an appointment for a B12 shot… they texted me everyday to confirm appointment. I went in for my shot and she says she can’t give it because the Dr wasn’t there. The nurse never called or texted me not to come. I drove 30 minutes for nothing and besides that she was rude! I lost it! Do not go at this location..unfriendly and very very rude! I am changing my Dr ASAP!!!!

Doctor Luz Peguero is very nice and she will treat you like her own family she talks to you about you Lab test and she is very knowledgeable. Natalia is very good also and she will treat you right she will make sure you get your meds when you need them I highly recommend.

The whole staff is extremely excellent. Natalya is a complete true professional. I recommend them to all my friends .

VIP Care of Cape Coral is a clean and well run medical office, staffed by medical professionals who actually “really care” about your wellbeing. As you walk into the facility you are greeted by Angela who is eager to get you checked in and ready to be seen. I’ve never really had a long wait to get into an exam room. Soon after the door opens you see an always smiling Melissa, who will set you up in a room, go over your current medications and check your vitals. A short time after Melissa has completed her work up, my Dr. arrives. Dr. Luz Peguero. Dr. Peguero is a very caring, compassionate, hard working medical professional. She leaves no stone unturned. Her goal is to help you in any way possible “get better”. And failure is not an option in the eyes of Dr. Peguero. She is a great physician, one of the best I’ve ever come across. So if your looking for a very reputable Doctors office in the Lee County area I highly recommend VIP Care. By the way this office is closely over seen by Michelle another Caring Medical Professional who is VIP Care’s Regional Supervisor. I’ve never personally met Michelle, but she has taken care of a issue I recently encountered swiftly. I promise you will be happy at the VIP Care Cape Coral Office.

I used to like this practice and I still like the medical staff. The issues is VIP Care, I call, give them information then they have to call the office. So they have created a new layer of administration to deal with. UPDATE: After my review, I was contacted by Michelle, a manager. She apologized for the handling of my call And fixed the situation. She personally made my appointment at the lab, and followed up with me and made sure my drs orders reached the lab. The staff at the drs office was so apologetic and truly treated me like a VIP. I highly recommend this organization they redeemed themselves!!!
