The staff is always so courteous and professional. Dr. Sanchez is class A and all the assistants are on point with all they do. The best!

Most of the staff is very friendly. However on my first visit one of the x- ray technicians were absolutely horrible and rude, even attempted to abruptly grab me by my arm to put me in place for the X-ray then proceeded to walk out the room before I finished asking a question after the x-ray. Twice in a row, I waited 30+ mins past my appointment time at 9am. The first time I waited 35 mins, and the second time I waited 1 hour 20 mins before beginning after having rescheduled after the first time because of the delay. They also attempted to charging me over $1200+ out of pocket for unnecessary services in an attempt to subscribe me to a therapy program. Stating that they would not perform my regular cleaning without me first having gum therapy performed. A second opinion confirmed this attempt was unnecessary and I was falsely informed. I don’t often leave reviews but these incidents were completely unprofessional.

Clients, BEWARE! My mother was financially scammed at this office. She was partually charged upfront right before her appointment but found out a while after that she shouldn't be paying out of pocket. Her insurance coverage was 100%. For several months, she was reaching out to the office with a request for a refund, but they will always have excuses not to give her money back. Even her insurance agent spoke with them to verify the full coverage and ask them for a refund. They own her around $300. Shame on you treating any clients like that, especially senior citizens!

The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. Never have to wait. When performing a procedure I am continually being asked if I'm okay. Telling me to not try being a hero, if I'm hurting to please tell them. I've been going to this particular dentist (Dr. Sanchez) for several years and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. I have actually gone to sleep while in the dentist chair!
