He is very personable with each patient.
Gone since thanksgiving
This doctor was very rude to me and my wife. We had moved from out of town and I have scoliosis and my wife has had multiple surgeries in her spine. This doctor called us names he actually said we were druggies. He was very rude almost yelling at us treated me and it seemed like the rest of the patients like garbage. I don't know how this doctor is still in business I've been doing some research on this doctor and I found out that he's had multiple complaints with the board. And also found out that he has had staff issues, that involve illegal activity with opioids prescriptions and sleeping with the doctor. From what I understand this doctor is not going to be in business much longer, as he's already on the DEAs top list. And apparently undercover cops have visited this doctor. He apparently has used using sexual favors to give out medications that are controlled. It's sad to see somebody go downhill like this but this doctor is so rude I have no sympathy for him.
Office staff is wonderful! Such a delight. The doctor on other hand is rude and very ugly to his patients. While visiting he had the audacity to call several patients on pain management "druggys" and " addicts" right to there face, so unproffesional. Actually had one customer removed by police because he wouldnt come out and talk to patients to explain why he would no longer see after many years of being a patient. I absolutely will not return. Disgrace to proffession.
Yells at patients, curses, and very short beside manner. He seems to have mental issues, I am as serious as I can be about this comment. He mostly sees pain pill patients, and I guess he doesn't have much experience in anything other than writing prescriptions for opiates. Very dissatisfied with the visit.
I can't believe the experience I just had and I didn't even get past the inital phone call. Dr. Gonzalez was appointed as my PCP through my insurance. For an entire month I attempted to reach his location via telephone but always got the answering machine which sounds like a home phone. Today I called and a Spanish lady answered the phone sounding annoyed. I questioned if this was the Drs office and she replied yea. As I was explaining my situation, Dr. Gonzalez took the phone from her and cut me off asking "what do you want?", in the midst of a very flem filled cough. I was so confused and asked if this was a real dr office. He repeated what do I want and as I'm explaining to him that I need to see him, he cuts me off and says he doesn't take my insurance.. I never told him what insurance I have. He said he doesn't take any insurance and to change my pcp. I told him he was extremely rude and his reply was "well thats the way it is". Someone needs to look into this Dr. Immediately. Nothing I ever experienced before.
His name was also listed on my wife's insurance card and when I called him a woman answered the phone and when I started to explain my situation he must have been on the line listening, he interrupted me and was very rude, said he didn't take my insurance ( even though I didn't disclose my type of insurance) and he hung up on me. I'm very unhappy with the whole situation.
I would rather not say who, but his staff use to be very unhelpful... You shouldn't work with Family... point, blank, period! He is a very good doctor though and did help me out a lot...
staff is rude, doctor is even more rude than staff -5 stars do not recommend this place
Had a similar experience. Went in for a cold and possible throat infection. Got antibiotics and got somewhat better. Routine blood work was ordered when I told him I was experiencing fatigue. Made an appointment to go over results, I arrived on time and before he could see me, told me loudly in front of other patients in waiting room to get out and find another doctor. Shocked, I asked if he was confusing me with someone else and what was happening. Yelled for me to get out and refused to let me get a copy of my blood test results. It was like the Twilight Zone. I don't recommend this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
