I went to Dr. Downing due to pain in the lower back. Dr. Downing proceeded to examine me and was describing what he was seeing. He then proceeded to do an adjustment and explaining what it was going to affect. I immediately started feeling better after he was done. It was incredible. I will highly recommend him. I can't thank him enough.

I showed up early on a Thursday morning as I had hurt my foot the night before and couldn’t walk on it when I got up the next morning. I went to their walk-in clinic in Casselberry as a repeat patient. I was in and out of there in an hour. I had to do paperwork and had a couple of x-rays and was in fact happy I had gone there to get it checked as I had fractured my foot pretty badly. I cannot for the life of me figure out why a person would go to a generic walk-in clinic or the ER when you get such amazing results and care in a reasonable amount of time…..they have my business for life……and I want to say a special thank you to Trey who was so kind to me and of course I was seen by Dr. Downey who was just as kind and knowledgeable. Great care all the way around!! Btw I went there 2 years ago after I had hurt my back that left me in tears for 2 weeks waiting for results from my primary care doctors X-ray orders. I finally gave up and went to the same clinic in Casselberry and within 5 minutes they had informed me that I had broken my back!! That was a tough one to recover from but the team once again had gotten results and got me into see one of their back surgeons the next day. Fortunately I did not have to have surgery and I got the $2000. golden back brace which I wore around the clock for 3-4 months and still wear while at work to keep me from hurting my back again…..just a wonderful group of doctors all the way around!!

From the receptionist at the front desk, the Dr Assistant, the attentions toward me and the professionalism was impressive. Dr. Downing was very professional and compassionate. My procedure was one very painful and thanks to the technique of Dr Downing everything went perfect and painless. In my opinion Dr Downing is a good human being who is an outstanding doctor.
