Khurshid Ahmed's Online Review Report Card

Doctor Ahmed is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time and never rushes you. He will order the tests you need and his office follows up on you when you are really sick. I have my husband today because of Doctor Ahmed. His staff is helpful and super nice. The office is neat and very clean we have been going to Doctor Ahmed for years and have no reason to change. Kathy is just number one also

The staff is incompetent and lazy. It is very rare to get a call back. Dr. Ahmed rushes you out of the door and does not spend enough time with his patients. He also talks over you and dies not listen.

3 problem ( 3 strke rule) treatment for them was wrong. Staff are unreliable. Charges for his signature on any papers needing his signature.

The best doctor, he’s very polite and professional and kind .

Nurses are totally incompetent. I was in over a week ago, still haven't gotten my prescriptions. This is after 2 calls to the office as well. I'm having withdrawals from the Cymbalta, constant brain shocks - I'm afraid to drive. That intake nurse should be fired to make room for someone competent. Totally disgusted.

Not pleased at ALL with the care my father is getting!! They almost did the WRONG TEST on him yesterday until the nurse runs in the room saying "Don't do the test!!!!!!!!!!" very scary! I'm a patient at another location and I'm also getting poor service doc didn't want to give me my blood-pressure or RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) medication and I had proof of testing from my old doc. This group of Doc's has issues!!! I'm gonna pray for them and that they don't hurt anyone!!!

Would never go here again the staff is rude horrible and efficient complains about doing their job.

I dont understand the negative comments on here. I have been going to Dr. Ahmed since Jan. 2018 and I can only speak from that point on. (it is possible that with other staff at one point it was not good, but I dont see that as the case now. 1). I never have to wait long before being seen. 2). It is very clean in the office and everyone is friendly 3). they are very thorough there with the care and order routine and yearly tests when needed and they tell me when I need to get them. 4). they are very efficient 5). I get RX refills with no problem (I dont have to remind them and they are quick about it).

I wish i can give them negative star. I would have given them -5. I should have taken other reviews seriously and saved my self from this horrible experience. Staff is very rude, Doctors office look like something you would expect in countries like Afghanistan. Doctor is just behind your money. I got my annual physical done and I was 100% covered by my insurance (cigna) and confirmed with them before i visited doctor. Still receptionist asked my to $35 copay because i was going to see him "First Time". I told them specifically i shouldn't be paying for this and my insurance got me covered. But they were insistent. I called my insurance right in front of them and insurance said not to. I refused to pay her and she took me anyways. Moving on, Doctor asked me to get chest Xray which i was sure i didn't need and of course there was nothing in there. I asked them to mail my annual physical as it's too far from my work and they said you have to pay '1 dollar per page' to get it mailed. I swear to God that's what receptionist said to me. I was like are you guys serious!!! Beware of this place,, It's a scam shop!

I'm very surprised to read the other reviews. The waiting room is very clean. Plenty of seats, hardwood floors, and a TV, Not sure you find that in a 3rd world country. The office staff has been nothing but nice and very helpful to me. This was my first visit with Dr. Ahmed. He ordered several tests such as mammogram, bone density scan, colonoscopy (my father died at 54 from colon cancer), pap smear....etc. Complete blood work ordered. My diabetes is out of control and said that if the endocrinologist couldn't get in under control in the next 3-6 months that he would be taking it over. He was very aware of my 21 prescriptions that I am taking. Asked if I needed refills on any. The girls had my referrals done and the orders handed to me before I left the office. I will say it was only my first visit but I know there was a new girl up front being trained so perhaps they have changed staff for the better. I did not feel rushed in any way whatsoever. I hope if you get assigned to them from your insurance that you will give them a try and see for yourself. I am very pleased with them.
