Two became one 🎶 Thank you so much for your humor and treating me like a person, comfort and care seem to be their top priority and I would recommend to anyone who may be nervous about seeing a doctor.
Dr. Rodriguez is the best physician I've ever had. She really listens and is very caring and thorough. I never feel like just a number at this office. Would highly recommend!
This doctor is very nice and knowledgeable enough, but her treatment is excessive. She prescribed medication I did not need because of a test we knew was most likely faulty (and was), as well as a CT scan for something I could easily have gotten an ultrasound for instead. Not to mention, she makes you come in every three months to get refills on medication this is not necessary for. I've been on my medication for 6 years and I've never had to do any more than annual follow ups. It seems like she's just trying to get me to come in more often. Plus, the front desk people are useless for anything beyond scheduling an appointment. Good luck getting them to follow up on anything from insurance. It took months and a dozen calls to figure something out that should have taken minutes. The only reason this place has 5 stars is because they send you a text after your first appointment TELLING you to go give them 5 stars, and initially, with how nice the doctor seems, you want to.
I just left my appointment to get my FMLA paperwork done and Tina the NP tells me she can’t help me because I haven’t had treatment done yet. I had a script that I told her I was getting for my migraines. She said I will get denied. I felt like she didn’t really want to fill out the paperwork for me. I can’t perform my duties as a flight attendant when I get these massive migraines. My job told me to get my paperwork done because I keep calling out to the point I will get fired. So now I have to find another doctor. Don’t waste your time seeing her.
Active patient. The communication is always great but I just called to make an appointment and find out that the send me to collection for a balance of $13.07 and Sandra was unable to accept the payment and didn’t have the number of the collection agency. For $13.07 to collection? At least one call to the patient it was to much? Very disappointed. They said that they sent a bill that I never received. I’m very surprised.
Jessie Ciriola is an amazing caregiver… she takes care of my medical needs answers questions in visits and from messages. She is professional, wise, and efficient. I am a high maintenance patient and she cares for me very well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
