Horrible experience. I went with my mother at 6pm for her diverticulitis issues. She is an elderly Spanish speaking woman. The nurse did not keep her hands to herself and pulled my mother by the collar on her sweater at the beginning of the visit when she didn’t understand where she needed to go. The nurse was rude, wouldn’t not allow me to sit with my mother who was in immense pain and would not allow me to assist my mother with translation. The nurse was acting like we were an inconvenience and did not care that I we were there for an urgent matter. She was impatient with me, my mother and created a very uncomfortable environment for both of us. Will not return again.

After getting really bad service in advent health by my house I came to this urgent care. Kind, professionals with a great disposition. I truly thank the entire staff. They do have patience, some patients can be rude and still they respond with kindness. I will drive further to be taken care of by this staff. ❤️🙏 thank you all for what you do.

I went on Monday 4/08/2019 and had a great visit. From the young lady who checked me in to the provider everyone was so accomodating and pleasant. If I get sick again I will definitely be back, but hopefully that won't be anytime soon lol.

Professional, Prompt Staff. I came in on a sunday evening for a decent sized cut in my finger from a kitchen knife. In a period of 30 minutes they got me in, gave me 6 stitches, and I was on my way. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional.
