Had the stomach flu and couldn't keep anything down. Went in for help. I gave the front desk my insurance info and was seen by an AP after a 20-minute wait. The AP gave me a medication in pill form that was supposed to help with the nausea. But did not work AT ALL. I asked if I could get an IV as I was extremely dehydrated and was told they would first have to do a urine analysis to make sure I was actually dehydrated. I turned that down when they told me the price. The facility is moderately clean but furniture is extremely old and in bad shape. They have exam tables that look like they were from the 1950s and were extremely uncomfortable. When the support staff had to wait online to get approval from my insurance, they refused to sit on hold and told me I would have to pay up front and send the bill to my insurance. In other words, they made me do the work with insurance. Would not recommend this facility, try another urgent care.

Extremely sweet and wonderful staff, everyone listened intently to my issues which is unfortunately a rare experience at many urgent cares. While I was there the nurse even helped a man with no insurance find the most affordable way to be seen. The doctor I saw was very clear with his treatment plan and also printed out the plan so I wouldn't forget.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I woke up yesterday with hives all over my body and a very high fever. I was very, very sick. I called ahead to make sure they take my insurance (FL Blue) and they said they did. I arrive to rude/unpleasant staff; they were going through a system change, so yes, it was chaotic. I wait for over an hour - listening to alllllll of the staff talk about what they’re getting for lunch - before anyone decides to even call my name, and when they do it’s to tell me that I’m going to owe $187 for my visit. “Excuse me? I pay a $5 for my copay for my visits, that’s more than my insurance costs me in a month, what did you say?” Then he says, “we can take $50 now and bill you for the rest.” SIR??? WASTE OF TIME!!!!! DO NOT GO IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT HELP FROM MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!!! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who is visibly ill!!!!

I will never go back to this place again. They charged me a 50.00 deductible which I shouldn't have been charged but i was sick, so I paid it. They tested me for covid and strep both came back negative. They gave me a prescription for the cough which didn't help. I called them 3 days later to see if they could call in a zpack and was told I need to come back in...
