I really liked Dr. Gupta and her staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect. However, I have been trying to schedule a follow-up to an annual exam since January 2019 (10 months). I have had to reschedule 3 times because the Dr. was "out of the office," "preparing for a hurricane 1 week in advance, that never reached the area," and "training for the entire month of October." I was not notified until the night before my appointments, after I had made arrangements for time off from work. Because I am insured with state funded insurance, I can't help but feel like I am being treated like a second class patient. Too bad. I will be getting employer sponsored medical insurance as of January 2020. I wonder if it would take 9 months to get an appointment then. Hasta la vista Radhi.

The worst doctor I have ever been to. She refers you to a specialist and a year later can't even remember who the specialist is. Do you not keep records any more? Any time you need a refill you have to have an appointment to see her and if you are 5 minutes late she won't see you. I can't imagine if I treated my clients that way..
