First, the staff (admin and nurses) are very friendly. There’s no long waiting around to see the doctor. When Dr Ramirez comes in the room, the nurse stays and takes notes. He’s thorough and friendly, very professional, answers questions and doesn’t rush. He suggests courses of action but didn’t pressure me to do procedures that weren’t necessary. I’d recommend him to my friends.

Dr is very to the point . Accessed the problem , prescribed creme treatment for the rash & itching, and within a day , it was gone . Was disappointed though he overlooked the results of the basil cell treatment back in January but in a hurry to move on to next .

His concern, and forward thinking on how to approach the issue of the enlarged cyst, which is sitting directly on the back of the neck right above the should blades. It will eventually need to be removed, and he explained in detail how they will approach it. But first it will be treated with medication. He took his time explaining to ensure I understood the problem. His assistant was also very good. Highly recommend him. Thank you.
