Ana Benitez Prieto Md's Online Review Report Card

I loved Dr. Benitez through my 3 miscarriages and successful 4th pregnancy. She hauled to get to my VERY quick delivery at Osceola to get there just in time to help me to the finish line. And was fantastic the next day in postpartum.

She was very unprofessional. Every appt was canceled with her & I end up seeing her associate. Day of my procedure, she talked extremely fast and wasn’t friendly. She straight up said “I’m not giving you pain medication, what your other dr gave was enough”. Well it isn’t something I even have anymore because it DOES NOT WORK & I disposed of it! I was supposed to come home with pictures of my uterus to look over and show my dr at the follow up, got nothing. Didn’t get detailed instructions for after care. I am refusing her for the next operation. Maybe treat people like people & not rush.

Dr Benitez is fantastic. She is one of the most intelligent and astute physicians i know. She listens to your issues and genuniely wants you to understand anything wonky with your health. She is also quick to respond to emergencies and takes her responsibility to her patients very seriously. The Oviedo office has never given me a problem. It is clean and spacious. The employees have been courteous and competent. TL,DR: i drive 2+ hours to see Dr Ana Benitez for my GYN care. Enough said.

The customer service is horrible when calling to confirm my appointment with the office the receptionist hung up the phone on me and put me on hold for 10 minutes. The office cancelled my appointment that I waited a whole month for with no call or voicemail because the doctor had to schedule a delivery for a baby. Yes I understand the delivery of a baby is important but I was also a patient too and this could have been handled differently.

Greeted by friendly and helpful desk staff. Waiting period was minimal. Doctor Benitez was nice and asked about my health and if I had questions. Answered all my questions. She put me at ease and was very gentle during the exam.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with my experience with Dr. Benitez and the office staff. Dr. Benitez is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She talks VERY fast, as if she is in a rush and does not make you feel welcome or important. I immediately felt I did not want her delivering my baby after my first visit with her. I could only imagine her causing me anxiety while in labor and delivery. She will talk down to you in a condescending tone. I wish I had done more research before chosing her office.

the worst doctor I've seen in my life!! today I had the bad experience of knowing her, was the worst thing for me. She told me that they have to induce my labor and I told her I did not want that because I know there's no need of that, then she told me that if not my son was going to be born dead. I was crying the whole morning after she told me that, she doesn’t care if you are pregnant and sensitive. Also she’s not a patient doctor she talks to fast and doesn’t have any manner

She schedules many people at the same time then is first come first serve. She needs to understand this is not PR. If we're scheduled for certain time we expect to be seen at that time. She's also always in a hurry, explains too fast you don't have enough room to process info or even think about asking anything. When you call they won't answer you get that annoying machine, good luck in an emergency. They're also very rude,. If you ask for your waiting time they'll cut your head off.

She is very smart yet robotic about the way she explains things. She is very stern about the way she practices and does not care what type of experience you as the patient would like. She does not like to be questioned and if you chose not to do something she recommends. Goodbye. Not trustworthy enough for me and my pregnancy.
