First class team. Dr. Homan did surgery on my shoulder and I haven’t been in pain thereafter. The expectations created during initial visits and surgery were met. He undersold and overdelivered. Genuine and caring.

The doctor & PA were fine. Their billing department has been another issue. I have been waiting over 5 months for them to issue refund. They are no longer responding to calls from myself or my insurance company.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Homan last month based on a referral from a neighbor. When I arrived last week I was told he was on vacation and I would be seeing his PA. Although his PA was delightful, I find this frustrating and unprofessional I wasn't notified ahead of time. Based on the comments from his staff I got the impression he is on vacation more than he is in the office. First impressions are important and I need a doctor I can depend on.

I have no idea what happened with the people who say that Dr. Homan was rushed and wouldn’t listen. I was there today for the fourth time this year as I’ve been dealing with a complicated cervical issue. He sat down and went through everything with me in an incredibly compassionate and informative way for an extended period of time. I left feeling heard by him and that he really wanted to help me.

Everyone in the office was polite, upbeat and professional. Dr. Homan is extremely positive, a good listener, offers treatment options and explains X-rays, excellent communication with me as patient, not in a hurry and very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Homan.

Went to this orthopedist because I injured my knee badly. He waited four weeks to order an MRI even though I was in much pain and could not straighten my knee nor put any pressure on it. Finally he ordered the MRI, however, he nor his PA was able to see me for two weeks. When I went to my appointment, they said there was no record of it. They kept me waiting an hour and a half to finally tell me I had to wait another 45 minutes because he had an emergency. I also called his office and left two messages on his assistants voicemail a week prior because I was alarmed at the MRI report. I never received a call back from him or anyone at his office. When I said that to the apparent office manager she said his assistant was no longer there. So no one monitors the main doctors assistants voicemail?? I left. My opinion is to use this doctor at your peril.
