DO NOT GO TO SEE DR. HAUGHEY. If you have an issue/diagnosis, he will want you to wait until it causes more problems or gets worse before he takes action. His PA is who you will have more indepth conversations with, who will listen in detail to what your concerns and symptoms are, andcshowvyou some type of compassion or concern.

Dr Haughey failed my Father. After 3 surgeries back to back all within a year to remove the cancer, my Father’s follow up scans would still show cancer in his neck, after each surgery. After the 3rd biopsy results came back positive, instead of sitting down with my Dad explaining that the cancer was still there, he had his secretary to call him and say tht the biospy was positive, and tht it’s nothing else that can be done, please follow up with your Oncologist. Completely Cold. Leaving my Dad to fend for himself with a bleeding neck that wont stop bleeding caused by the last surgery. If you are looking for a doctor tht has COMPASSION- then he is not the doctor/surgeon for you.

Bruce was excellent doctor and his nurse assistant the doctor that worked with him does not like Spanish people made comment's about my beard refused to give me pain medication because i complained in the er because they were switching nurses to night shift and the day shift left the night shift messed up behind no medication for me didn't answer calls the night nurse encouraged me to complain that got me abused from this assistant that made comment's about my beard what does that have to do with me nothing racist made purpose Mistake's THANK GOD FOR BRUCE Even though id like some antibiotics and extra time off he made me feel Good GOD BLESS THIS DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE TO COME HERE PUT YOUR FAITH IN BRUCE GOD BLESS THIS DOCTOR 🙏 even if the other guy was bad and racist i know bruce would protect me to do the right thing

Dr. Haughey is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and talented Otolaryngologist and surgeon. He recently removed a tumor in my parotid gland and he did a phenomenal job and I couldn't have asked for a better recovery and prognosis. I highly recommend!

My experience with Dr Haughey was terrible. Soo many awful details to get into I will list just a couple. The biggest : My 2nd surgery did not go well but this was the opposite information I received in recovery in fact there were little to no notes. He called my husband on our way home and said what he did and to get some rest no indication that something went wrong. 48 hrs later I was in the ICU intubated. A horrifying week later I went home. Side note: When in the ICU my family requested a 2nd opinion on when the tube should be taken out and he was extremely offended by this in fact quite angry (huge red flag) 3 weeks later he admitted that their were complications with my surgery … Beyond his scary medical care, his bedside manner was no better which was generally condescending, even misogynistic at times. Please consider looking elsewhere for you or your loved ones medical needs especially if you are a female or identify as one. It has taken me months to process and build up the nerve to write this because my experience was so awful! But, if I can save people from the stress and pain it’s worth it! His PA’s were awesome and frankly should find another ENT to work under. Office staff was very kind and efficient.

Excellent Physician and outstanding bedside manner - Dr. Haughey, removed my thyroid gland, they found a cancerous nodule. He did a masterful job in explaining what he found and the best course of action to remove said nodule, etc. Before the surgery, he once again explained the procedure and process as well as the recovery that would ensue after surgery. To say that I was impressed with him, his bedside manner and the end result is an understatement. I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation if God forbid the need arises.

I had enough of this Surgeon, went for a visit and found out what an unprofessional attitude he has. I interrupted him with question and was annoyed of my questions by Rolling his Eyes at me, Yes Comical. I Won't post the things he said to me horrible and graphically frighting, that I refused to let him operate on me. But what he thought was best, to contact the Spiritual center at the hospital. To inform them I was in need....The Nerve of you, think you are more incline to use their services. But Know This, I will never return back to your office. Staff is wonderful, pleasant as always.
