List of David Dore's Reviews
Dr. Dore replaced my left knee in 2010. He completely restored my life. After 10 years, at 64 years old, I don't have any limp or restrictions at all. Most of the time, I completely forget about having had the knee replaced. I am so grateful to him. I met many other patients at the reunions who had had unsuccessful surgeries by others that Dr. Dore was able to correct. I am so thankful that I found him and that they had such a fantastic protocol for before and after my surgery.
Bilateral knee replacements 2007: Priceless!
After researching doctor all over the U.S. I selected Dr David Dore for Hip replacement. I lived in Oldsmar, Fl and I drove to Celebration, Fl to have hip replacement and that was in 2002. BEST decision I have ever made!!!
Dr. Dore replaced both of my knees in 1996. I still have both of those same prosthetic knees to this day ( July, 2019). I have Insall-Burstein II (sp?) total knee replacements. Thank you Dr. Dore! You got me out of a wheelchair 23 years ago, and I'm still walking today.
Dr Dore replaced both my knees in July of 2006. It changed my life. His procedure preserves the mobility of the knee. My walking improved dramatically and I lost 25-30 pounds within a few weeks. When I went in for PT, the therapists were amazed at how much better my progress was than that of patients who went to different surgeons. It’s now 13 years later. I’m 80 years old and able to work part time at Home Depot which requires lots of walking and standing. I owe that to Dr. Dore.
Very rude and disrespectful! Patients beware! He has a horrible attitude and a temper. When I wanted a different procedure done then one he suggested. Which was very invasive! I wanted a non invasive surgery that I've had previously and worked awesome and instead of going through pros and cons he threw my file in the garbage and told me if I dont want it his way to find another doctor. You NEVER say that to a patient. I was in tears leaving his office. I feel bad for his employees who deal with him cause they are awesome. And apologized on behalf of his behavior
I will never recommend this doctor to anybody! He is very rude and very disrespectful! My daughter was in tears because of how harsh his words are and how much of an attitude he had when asking questions pertaining to her health. He was not helpful in any way and has a horrible attitude. Me and my entire family will never step foot inside this office again.
DID POOR SURGERY AND DOES NOT CARE TO FIX
I had him for about ten years. Had 2 hip replacements, got a staff infection & he also broke my greater trochanter & just threw it in the trash instead of wiring it back on. One of his colleagues got into an argument with him about what he did to me during the surgery as far as the infection and breaking my greater trochanter. Patients Beware!
Dr. Dore conducted a total hip replacement of my right hip midway through my 23 year career in the Army. The procedure was done July 2005 at Celebrations Hospital. It has been nearly 10.5 years post-op, and I am stronger and active as ever with minimal pain or stiffness. I continue to live an active life style to include: lifting heavy weights within my comfort level, treadmill and olyptical work, not to mention deadlifting coupled with high intensity training. I highly recommend Dr. Dore!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
