List of Dean Goodless's Reviews
I went to see Dr. Goodless for hair loss. I'm a women, and I let him know how important it was to me to keep my hair. He was 45 minutes late for my appointment, spent 5 minutes with me, and didn't want to spend a few extra minutes discussing what my treatment options were. He said he would contact me with the bloodwork results, and then we could talk about the treatment options. Not only didn't he contact me (had an assistant contact me), no treatment options were discussed. "Take iron." That's all I got and "come back in three months for more tests." That's what useless doctors do to get more money. "Come back for tests." Now I know why he doesn't change his name. He is far less than good. Definitely would not recommend.
Dr. Godless thoroughness of examination is very poor. The reason of my visit to this place was due to a eczema that I have in my underarm and perineum. I went to 5 appointments with him to treat two rashes that I have, and he did not take enough time to find the reason of my rashes. I felt like they only care about making my visits the shortest possible to keep making money with another patients. In my third visit, I had a patch test that came negative in all the 36 substances that they were able to test. After this test, he did not care about trying to find the trigger of my eczema or at least refer me to another doctor. There is no point on treating an allergic reaction if the trigger is not identified. He just told me to keep using Elidel which I believe it doesn't work at all. It's very disappointing since his reviews and reputation seen to be of a top doctor. He didn't sympathize with the situation that I am living neither care to follow up.
Another great experience, would definitely recommend
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Goodless. I made the appointment to look at a area of my concern and they suggested a full body screening. He identified a few more things that were resolved during this visit. Dr Goodless is very likable and personable. His staff was very nice towards me and accommodating. Overall it was a pleasure and great appointment. I look forward to my next appointment next year.

I've been a patient of Dr. Goodless for about twenty years. He is caring, effective and good-natured. I travel from Apopka to Celebration for appointments with him.
Dr Goodless was extremely kind. Took his time and listened and answered every question. Acted as if I was his only appointment for the day.
I wasn't taken back until an hour after my scheduled appt. Not only was the staff incredibly rude, so was Dr. Goodless. He was in the room with me maybe two minutes and did not listen to any of my concerns or previous medications. He talked over me and had a BIG attitude and tone in his voice. I would NEVER recommend this doctor or his office.
Took over an hour to be seen. Rude staff. Dr. Goodless does not listen to patient concerns and is rude to patients. The staff I'm guessing are all high school kids that have no idea what they are doing
It was awesome.very nice and they taked care of us right away I really recommend this place

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
