This was my first visit with Dr. Spiers since I had changed my health care provider. She was very pleasant to speak with, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Spiers was wonderful. I had a regular well women's scheduled and ended up having to change the appointment when I arrived. She was so knowledgeable and she and her staff made me feel really comfortable. I'll definitely be choosing her for all future exams.

This was my first visit with Dr. Spiers. The Dr and staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr. Spiers was very gentle and careful not to cause any discomfort. (I am glad I found her because the last pap I had left me not wanting to get any more. )

Terrible staff communication . Last week I had called very sick trying to get in touch with Dr. Spiers and see what medications can I take over the counter until she can see me. The staff assured me she’ll tell the dr. and call me right back but never did. I had to call back twice and no one ever answered. Ended up being taken care at the ER.

Dr. Spiers is very pleasant, but her office staff are horrible. I went to have an ultra sound test and arrived 18 minutes late. My appointment was canceled. I presently have a Telemed appointment that started at 3:30 and its been 45 minutes and no Doctor Spiers. I called her staff (Joanna) to ask why i was waiting. Joanna response was that I might have to wait an entire hour. I asked how this was fair and Joanna stated that an ultrasound appointment was totally different then having to wait at least an hour for a Telemed appointment. This is ridiculous. I even went to reach Florida sun-biz to find out who owns these facilities.
