Denise Gonzalez's Online Review Report Card

At first we liked her despite the long 3+ hour visit at every appointment . Then one day my husband took our child there (we live 1 1/2 hours away from her office). Ten minutes before our appointment time her office calls my husband (in her parking lot) and tells him the dr had to leave. So he drove another 1 1/2 hours home. Without seeing the doctor . Then I went to take my child there last Thursday at 9:30am. For some reason I-4 east was closed from hwy 27 and that’s the only way I knew how to get to her office. My GPS was not working that day either so I couldn’t use it to get to her office. So I called the office at 8:30am explaining what was happening in a voicemail and said we may have to reschedule due to me not being able to get on I-4. They called me back after my appointment time and said that if I reschedule to a different day they would charge me $60 for no show, even though I attempted to make the appointment, I told the office it was beyond my control. I had asked to talk to the doctor they told me the doctor wasn’t even there! And that the doctor would only talk to me if I had an appointment and not over the phone . past my appointment time the doctor still wasn’t there.! They also offered me a 130 appointment but I explain to them I lived an hour and a half away and at 2 o’clock I had to pick up my other child from school. So today I got a bill for $60 for a no-show fee for services that were never rendered. And for something that was beyond my control. But yet the doctor can cancel 10 minutes before our appointment time and not think anything of it almost like she thinks her time is more valuable than her patients. So later that same day I found a new asthma doctor for our child and she is seeing a new asthma doctor now.

I got a cold and it never seemed to go away. My nose never seem to become 'unclogged', sometimes one nostril or both. It was almost unbearable when it was both. I went to some doctors that kept telling me that I had allergies. I never had allergies before. I was drugged up on allergy medicines that made my heart race out of my chest. After about 4 years of putting up with it, both nostrils were plugged up again. I decided that I would either spend all the money I had to rid this. I called Dr. Gonzales. Within seconds she said I had a sinus infection and gave me a shot in the butt and said that around 3pm that day I will feel drainage. She was off by two minutes, at 2:58pm that day i felt my sinus' clearing (I hadn't had that in 4 years...!!). Everything that she told me would happen, happened. She was God sent that day to me as I was miserable. If you can't breath, you can't live. Thanks Denise Gonzales best $275.00 I ever spent...!!

Spent 3 and a half hours just to be prescribed 5 different medications for a condition that was misdiagnosed. Doctor does not adhere to privacy standards. STAY AWAY.

This doctor is absolutely abysmal I took my wife to find out why she was having an allergic reaction they gave her a breathing test and told her she has severe asthma and sinus infection and provided a laundry list of medications. Visited Dr.Alabi for a second opinion advised she should not be taking any of these medicines and after an extensive breathing test advised her lungs are normal I urge everyone to never visit this doctor horrible practice

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m a lawyer and I made an appointment for a new patient visit. I took an entire afternoon off for the appointment. When I arrived three weeks later they told me that I was not in their system and the doctor could not see me. I explained the situation, but no effort was made to correct their error. The receptionist has terrible customer service skills. She was condescending and absolutely not helpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR. GO ELSEWHERE.

I have not even gone to see the doctor and have had the worst service in the world. Took my multiple attempts to make an appointment finally made one and asked about cost. I was told to respond to the email with my insurance card. I did this within less than 24 hours and asked for a reply. Heard nothing back and I filled out all the paperwork and also resent insurance cars and asking for a total about 3 weeks later and still no response. I called today since my appointment is on Thursday to get an amount. The first 2 times I called the recording said the call could not be connected. I then search to see if I had the wrong number, which looks like I had was correct, but then saw the not so great reviews here. I know that most people will post reviews when things go wrong and not always when positive, so I took that with a grain of salt. I tried the number back and finally got through. At the start of my call, I gave my name and even spelled my last name, since it is not normal or easy. I explained everything and never got an apology for their no response but showed that they did receive my items. After about 20 mins of a lot of back and forth, she finally told me a total, which was a surprising amount. Was asked if I wanted to keep the appointment. I said I have 24 hours before cancel and she said no I have till tomorrow, even though their paper says 24 hours. I explained I was frustrated and all the problems that I had today and she was like then we should cancel. I was telling it was the customer service given. I also said this is not my normal and takes me a lot to get there and then replied that I believe it was my usual. So at the point, I said screw this and made sure it is canceled and hung up. This is not how you treat customers/patients. Do not use this Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzales for about 3 years. While the appointment wait time may be long, the care from Dr. Gonzales is top notch. I never feel rushed when she is with me. Whether it is for a quick check in or for a sick appointment, she takes the time to talk to me and truly wants to help me feel better.

Dr. Gonzalez is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Her level of commitment to my care is incredible. I feel like I have a partner in my care. She explains the Ins and outs of my condition, and explains what each treatment will do. She sets the bar high for what a doctor should be.

This was a bad experience, beware this doctor because she looks like she's knows what she is talking about but if yiur do some research you'll find out she is just rambling and make stuff up as she goes just to make you think you are sick and has asthma or worse. Then she will prescribe you lots of meds that make no sense. Please be very careful if you go to this Gonzales doctor. Always get a second opinion you'll be surprised.

After seeing my daughter and I for 2 years and thousands of dollars and medications later, an experienced and affluent doctor gave us a second opinion with extensive breathing tests and determined we did not have asthma just allergies!! Do not go see Dr Gonzalez.
