From the moment I walked in the door, until I left, every single person was awesome! Dr. Alabi took his time and explained everything to me in terms I could understand!!!

I have been to Dr. Alabi twice at the Polynisian office and have nothing but great things to say about him. Excellent bedside manner, takes his time to explain condition and/or results etc... However, trying to communicate with appointment staff or other competent person there is non existent. I have been trying to have an order faxed over to an imaging location for an upcoming appointment since Dec. 2022, and here we are Jan 9, 2023 and still no order. I will not be seen w/o it nor can i keep my appointment to see him for reading--- Get messaging service, text service and NO ONE calls back-- Ineptitude at it's best!!

My husband and I had the worse experience with Dr Alabi Nurse, Clinic mngr Natalie. While my husband has asthma and Sleep Apnea I had a lot of concerns after my husband saw the Dr in March 2022 and he was not getting better. I left numerous of messages by phone portal expressing my concerns in April to the office manager Natalie leaving message again to get an office manager involve. Natalie communicated well by phone & email at the beginning but then she stopped replying to my emails. I then sent her an email requesting to speak to her boss Jacqueline. I thought Jacqueline was hearing me out after being on the phone with her for a long time to get a call back stating Dr. Alabi decided to release my husband after being a patient for many years. Yes my husband did not see him for like 2 years but it was because he did not have medical insurance but went back to him because he was the only Dr that had his health under control. I told my husband primary Dr what happen and could not believe Dr Alabi would release a patient just like that and she is correct so I truly believe his whole staff did not tell him the truth of what happened. They did not even honor my husband's July 2022 already scheduled sleep study after the insurance already had approved the test and extension. Now he has to find a new Dr and start from the beginning in the mean time he is not doing well with his breathing. I have a copy of the letter releasing my husband from Dr Alabi's office. If you are really worried about your health or a family member I do not recommend this office due to the staff not the Drs.

When I just got my major diagnosis and my Doctor who was helping me unfortunately retired right after. I found a knight in shining armor and his knights of the round table between his fellow doctors to his staff. Dr Ume has been one of those amazing knights who has been helping me with my severe allergies and asthma. I am a busy man who lives about an hour away and they find the time for me as I work during the day with their Awesome Staff, Jose, Vinesha, and Suzanna. The rest know who you are because I am always welcomed and helped with whatever I may need like even my work paper work. Thank you all for your Chivalry and excellent service. I should know with my 15 years of giving that same service to my customers. If you are looking and need help in any of their specialized services you will not go wrong. My beautiful Dr. Alabi has been my best pulmonologist. He has an impressive resume and I highly recommend him. The customer service though is a nightmare. You call and will be lucky if they answer the phone within half an hour. Today I called so that they would relay a message to him and the first person I spoke to hung up the phone on me before I finished speaking. I called again to make sure they got the message and this next person was also rude and hung up the phone on me before I finished speaking also. I don't understand how they can have such unprofessional people working in customer service.

Such a lovely man, made me feel so relaxed. A great doctor, I recommend him highly.

The Dr is very good and the sleep study specialist is fantastic, but the office in Kissimmee is terrible. Leave a message and don’t call back. Nxt day I call and hear a female talking, then hangs up on me! I needed an RX fast and no call back. I left another message, that I heard a female, then hang up, and to this day they never called back even after just having had an overnight sleepover. Faster to drive there than call! I was forced to go somewhere else, guess they don’t need your business!

Excellent care provider.. on time for appts and follows up to assure I get quality care.

??TRUSTWORTHY When I meet Dr. Alabi my overall health was 85% below normal rate! To find a physician w/ his professionalism, knowledge and compassion it’s an A+! He returned me and my family that amazing feeling patients deserve... TRUST! From now on... I’ll follow him from Earth to Moon!
