Called for a referral on a reoccurring condition I've already seen the doctor. Four and a half hours later after returned calls promised twice, I'm told that the doctor isn't in the office so no referral today. They don't return calls, always are looking for an office visit to be able to bill the insurance for and he doesn't take the time to listen to concerns and deal with them effectively. Changing to a different primary care doctor after three years seeing Dr. Moreno.

I have been a patient of this doctor for a year and a half. I think he's fantastic. His staff are efficient and friendly. Very short waits upon arriving for my appointments and I never feel rushed during my visits. I have been to a few PCP's in past years and I will be with him for a long time. He corrected my blood pressure medicines and that made a marked difference in my health and my Lupus has been managed well. He has a good bedside manner and I trust him. He's knowledgeable and thorough. I thank them all.

He is a professional doctor with an amazing staff

Very poor doctor. He misdiagnosed me, spoke down to me and my mother. Called her terms of endearment such as "Honey, Sweetheart, Dear, and Mom" which was very unprofessional. I could say a lot more but I do not have enough room on this to do so.
