Worse office nobody pickup the phone or they put you on hold forever I’m in serious pain with my knee, bones to bones, surviving with ibuprofen 800 every single day, they keep blaming the insurance for denying the gel shot but when I called the insurance I was told the doctor office didn’t speed up the process???

Can't comment on Dr Johnston as I left 75 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and after 45 minutes sitting in an exam room with no follow up. If you have a day to burn for an initial consult maybe try them but otherwise go somewhere else. Oh and no mention of delays or running late!
