Excellent!

Dr Chang is amazing and all the staff very informative and they take care of me super!!

Cheng is rude. She is not friendly at all and it seems she does not care about her patients or job! I dont know how shes still a doctor and not been fired yet! She is unprofessional and does not know how to speak to her patients, the only reason I did not tell her off the day I saw her was because my husband was there and I did not want to make him feel uncomfortable! I am still looking for a surgeon since I dont trust Cheng thanks to her unkind attitude! I did not feel welcome at all I had such a bad experience and I hope someone above her and serious will investigate what her issue is with her patients because having a paper that says your a doctor does not make you a real doctor! If your a real doctor than act like one in all aspects and be professional at all times! Being a doctor is not an easy job but thats the career path she chose for herself so please cheng take it seriously! These are peoples lives and I dont trust you!

In reality the previous review was too kind and omitted the despicable, detailed description of the ACTUAL manner two sr. citizens, ages 72 and 74 were treated by DR.TUTU CHENG. On Tue. 9/28/2021, medical CONSULTATION was sought regarding a bloody, pus draining previous cancerous MOHS surgery in need of plastic surgery for a nostril. Not a cosmetic necessity, A MEDICAL necessity. Travel time, to and from 2 hrs., WAIT IN OFFICE 1 hr. (3 hrs. of sr. citizen time). Office wait time was in fact due to DR. CHENG WHO CONTINUED to comply with the HIPPOCRATIC OATH (...obligation & PROPER CONDUCT of doctors who agree and PROMISE to share knowledge to HELP THE ILL...). She, several times, REFUSED, can you imagine? To grant a request for what would probably be no more than a 15 minute CONSULTATION (all medical paperwork had previously been completed prior to arrival). DR.TUTU CHENG continued to insist she see a PIECE OF REFERRAL PAPER before she would she the patient. This so called piece of re

So compassionate and professional. Safety is her number one priority. She sets realistic expectations. She has the kindest personality. Her staff is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking to get to the bottom line i.e. achieve your goal safely. I felt so comfortable with her. Her attention to detail is impressive, she spent quite a bit of time explaining what would be a 3 part surgery... and at that point I hadn't even committed to the surgery yet. You can tell that she cares about her patients and their desired results SAFELY. Which was my number one concern.

Please look elsewhere for a surgeon. While Dr. Cheung may be capable of performing your surgery, her attitude and bedside manner is horrible. She has no personality and didn’t smile or make me feel comfortable at all. I’ve seen many reviews mentioning this same thing, however I wanted to see for myself. Additionally, I was referred to her by my primary care doctor who had already deemed my surgery medically necessary. Dr. Cheung advised she has had difficulty getting it approved by insurance so she would only cover it as a cosmetic procedure. I asked her to at least attempt to have it covered or reach out to my insurance and she flat out told me no. I then asked her for an estimate for the cosmetic procedure in which she gave me an attitude advising that was a different part of the office who handled that. Excellent doctor Dr. Chang is an excellent Doctor Who cares for her patients before, during and after surgery. She and her staff make every effort to make sure the needs of her patients are met. She is meticulous, and very thorough about her work. She has excellent bedside manner, and makes sure her patients understand their procedures.
