Very clean place addicwit parking staff employees are very friendly and helpful people
Daughter had to go to ER due to severe abdominal pain etc. Went to an urgent care first and they directed us to go to an ER attached to a hospital, so there was obvious concern about potential serious issues.Got here about 12:30 AM on Saturday night/Sunday morning - lots of people in the waiting room - many who were actually sleeping in their chairs while my daughter was bent over crying for literally hours. The pain ended up being diagnosed as an infected gallbladder requiring emergency surgery. As a nurse myself, I was very concerned about the apparent lack of triaging of patients as it seemed like they were just taking people in order of presentation and not based on their risk. It would have been nice to just have had the ultrasound done to make sure it was not urgent, and then I would have been fine with waiting for further examination if a potentially severe condition had been ruled out. The ultrasound they did when she finally got to the exam room in the ER ended up clearly identifying the issue and need for surgery, with no further imaging needed. She had a great nurse in the observation unit - Marisa - and did not have to wait long before being taken up to the surgical unit by one of the most professional, kind and friendly transporters I have ever met in my career - name is Paul. We were fortunate to have his assistance at least a few times that night. She did very well in surgery, thankfully. The surgeon called to tell me the findings and my daughter said he explained what he was going to be doing very well before she went in to the OR.She had to stay overnight and I was glad that Marisa was there to transition her after surgery.Overall a wonderful experience with all except I was disappointed with the triaging of the ER patients - would I go back again? Absolutely - but I hope they improve their triaging process to avoid any preventable serious outcomes due to the order of selection for exam.

Food is gross but nurse Adriana was the best
Our doctor send my husband to Celebration to remove arterial blockage. I drove him. The hospital couldn't find records of doctors communication and we waited over 3 hours in main lobby.
If I had the opportunity to give a negative amount of stars I would. My brother was hospitalized with confusion, breathing problems and kidney and liver issues. He did not have insurance at the time because he lost his job after 24 years of employment do to Covid (which caused the loss of insurance). They would not use other methods of keeping his IV in because that would cause additional hospital stays. He did get up out of bed out of confusion and fell and hit the back of his head. He was not cared for because they said he was an alcoholic which was not at all the case. He was unknowingly subjected to severe mold which caused both the confusion, kidney and liver damage. They did not know our brother and my mothers son. He was a hard working, strong man with a huge heart. He never had a drinking problem and quit smoking 11 years before he became ill. They said he had no breathing issues but when I did get the hospital transcripts it was noted on 14 separate occasions that he was given breathing treatments. He never experienced any type of with drawl... we were with him everyday in the hospital unless we flew home to switch with family members. To make a long heartbreaking story short we went back to Michigan for 6 days to contact The Mayo Clinic to get both a liver and/or kidney transplant. We had several family members including myself that were compatible donors. When we returned to Celebration Hospital to advise my brother of the next steps in his health journey we walked into a 140 lb. man in the fetal position, laying in urine filled sheets with no blanket freezing. He was not at all taken care of the time we were gone. He had trays of food lined up from each meal that he could not and had no strength to eat. I touched his leg and he screamed in excruciating pain. They did nothing for him at which was not what we were advised when we called to check on him at least 5 times per day. When we were not there they were so upset with us calling that they would see our number on their caller ID and hang up and act like we were disconnected. Shame on the hospital - this alleged Christian Hospital left our amazing brother, son, uncle and great uncle to die which he did 2 days after we arrived for that last time to take him to Mayo. He was put in hospice and the amazing nurses there said they have never seen such neglect (urine covered, emaciated, screaming in pain, bed sores on his ears). What a disgrace !!!!! CELEBRATION HOSPITAL is not a Christian Hospital !!!!! This facility is lacking souls and compassion. God Help anyone who is admitted that doesn't have insurance !
If you need to be in the hospital… this is the one to be in….”ABSOLUTELY THE BEST !”
The worst attention I ever had in a hospital!
I had surgery on 9/11 and the head nurse told me that the removal of my kidney stone was a success and gave me a paper telling me where to schedule the stent removal after 15 days, my surprise was to call the doctor and find out that he had not removed the stone because he did not have the machine in the hospital, the hospital lied to me and would like a good explanation for me not to process them
The doctor that was supposed to help me was very rude and was laughing at my case always with an attitude and she talk to my wife and she didn’t explain my situation to her she laughed and told her I was just spoiled and been a baby that’s so unprofessional that cause me my relationship was service including the nurses that were there too so disappointed

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
