Had my first colonoscopy and endoscopy today at Murdock Surgery Center. I find the office staff to be very friendly and the staff at Murdock Surgery Center to be very professional and caring to my needs and comfort. Would highly recommend Dr Guarino and his team for future procedures. Thank you so much for taking care of me. God Bless you and your staff! 🙏🙏

If I could leave a minus or even zero stars, I would. Complete incompetence is the best I could say of Dr. Guarino and staff. Let me start by saying the healthcare industry is plagued with bureaucracy and money hungry insurance companies and Doctors. When did healthcare become about profit and not about people. What happened to the hypocratic oath? This specific office and doctor had the edacity of performing a biopsy on my wife, botching the process and later claiming he didn't have the right medical equipment and still charged us for the botched procedure. This is dishonest, flagrant and non-ethical. You my friend, are a shyster. Unfortunately it doesn't stop here. So through this process of being overcharged for a botched biopsy and now trying bring our account to date, the receptionist at this office today 7/21/23, hung up the phone on my wife's face. Really? This place is a joke! Wonder how many of these past reviews are valid and not some third party AI review system.

Dr. Guarino is a straight forward Dr. that wastes no time waiting on needed surgeries, etc. He is to the point and tells you how it is with no surprises.. Excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone and I wouldn't go to anyone else and I wouldn't go to any other facility than Murdock Surgery Center.

Only 2 people in the state I would trust to do their job with no worries of complications. Thank you for always taking such great care of me. Oh yea, and not to mention, saving my fathers life!

Dr. Guarino and his staff are the most caring and compassionate group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of encountering especially at the most difficult time of my life. He absolutely answered ALL questions ensuring that I did not have any more before leaving the exam room and in no way made me feel unimportant or rushed. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Guarino and his staff, but I hope he knows that I do owe him my life!

“I cannot begin to say how much respect and admiration I have for Dr. Guarino. He put me at ease from the moment I met him. He showed professionalism, sympathy and understanding of what needed to be taken care of in full consideration of my medical and surgical issues. Dr. Guarino has been mine and my husband's doctor for 20+ years. He and his staff have always taken excellent care of me and my husband. Whether coming in for a simple procedure or calling to check symptoms, Dr. Guarino is always responsive and respectful.

Dr. John Guarino has very poor bedside manor and him and his nurse had no empathy for my husband's situation when we went for his appointment today. When my husband asked about having surgery soon, her response was "we treat people with cancer", insinuating that my husband's issue was not a concern. Dr. Guarino talked down to my husband and made him feel like it was an inconvenience for him to be there. I am a nurse at a physician's office and would never treat a patient the way my husband was treated today. Very arrogant doctor.

Dr. Guarino removed my gallbladder as well as done many other procedures on my family members. He provided excellent care and explained the procedure as well as what to expect postoperatively. He and his office staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Guarino!
