Anne Keck Was the worst provider you can ever encounter. She lies and says they don’t treat or prescribe for parasite. Why are you open during urgent hours?? I was instructed by the Pcp to go to an urgent care since it’s after hours to get the parasite medication for me and my daughter the second dose and she lied and says they don’t prescribe that! Even though I have worked at urgent cares and my sister and mom went to med express and were given the medication. She didn’t care to examine us and the visit was useless she kept saying to see Pcp even though I told her that Pcp asked us to come here. The Spanish girl at the front desk was super rude and had a mean look on her face. The only welcoming person was the MA person that triaged us. Worst place to go to!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE PORT CHARLOTTE LOCATION

It was a Sunday. I had severe hip pain. I was a Walk-In. Checked-in and waited, in my opinion, not long to be called. Folks were sympathetic, professional, and helpful. Did what they could. Then gave me solid guidance and direction to the next diagnostic step. First time experience. VERY impressed!

Slowest moving place ever!!! Plan to be there all day to pee in a cup. Absolutely inexcusable. Fire every lazy person there. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place at any cost. Id rather take my chances in mexico.

If I could 0 stars I would. Not the first bad experience here. $70 down the drain. The PA had 0 bedside manor and talked to me like I was dumb. Don't waste your time. Bite the bullet and go to SMH instead. At least you'll be heard and get proper treatment.

Worst customer service I have ever experience. Went in for a DOT physical. They asked for paperwork from a random drug test that I had fail on 2019 and had nothing to do with DOT. I have renewed my DOT 3 times since 2019. Also I want to mention that I make an appointment for 3:00pm but for some reason they booked me for 12:30pm. Same thing happened to a young woman with two child and she got pissed off and left . These people where just making jokes and laughing which is very disrespectful. No wonder why this place have such a bad rating .

Ms Ramona was very kind and quick in scheduling an appointment for me. Dr Guy listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed in the exam. Just would like to thank them both for the kindness and quick diagnosis. Very professional and they take time to understand your symptoms and treat them. Meds were called in and i had them within 3 hours. Awesome job!!

Arrivals not handled well first thing in the morning. On first visit the PA misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong meds which had no effect for three days. On second visit the ARNP correctly diagnosed and corrected meds. However, did so in an overly officious manner. Not highly recommended.
