Poor follow up. You only see doctor after procedure then turned over to nurses for remaining help, which was useless. No help at all and lacks genuine concern.

After reading all the negative reviews I was very hesitant to go into my appointment today. But once I was there everyone was so professional so kind And very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this doctors office and all the professional people in it.

Dr. Brandt was very friendly and puts patients at ease!! He can have a great sense of humor if people would let him... Great Doctor in my opinion!!!!

I called today for an appt, and was treated rudely on the phone. The lady stated that I can't make an appointment, even before I was able to explain I was released from the hospital two days ago after Dr Brandt treated me, and he said to call and make an appt. She then, without any words, transferred me to a voicemail box. I left my information, and no call back. I didn't believe all the bad reviews when I looked at it online while in the hospital, but I do now.

I really like Dr. Brandt and he has helped me BUT his office personnel need training in knowing their job description and taking care of his patients or he will lose them and not even know it.

This Is by far the worst health experience I've ever had! The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend going somewhere else unless you want to get treated like dirt. God Honest review here. I don't know how they are still in business.

we had 3 appt with this dr. Brandt and we never got to see him. Every time he we were told that he was held up at the hosp. and would not be back that day. We finally got the mesage ,he did not want to see us! but i could not recomend this dr. if that is the way he does business.

I was a patient of Dr. Brandts a few years ago and was not totally satisfied. I decided to try a different GI last year and loved him but he moved, so I called this office back for an appointment, but because I went to a different GI last year he refused to see me after already scheduling an Endoscopy. So I'm going to Little Rock. This kind of behavior is childish from a physician that is supposed to be helping people.
