List of Northwest Florida Community Hospital's Reviews
Im grateful that they were professional enough to take my husbands condition seriously enough to admit him into the ER for his blood pressuresugar that dropped dangerously low and kept him overnight for observation. But this morning he had been moved to a regular floor and staff has not been attendant to his needs. He said he waited 3 hours for a urinal and something to drink. Left me remind you he has kidney disease so its low that that wasnt considered. They havent given him the right meds to keep his blood pressuresugar down. Whats bull is I was told to drive all the way back to my house which isnt a short drive to get my husbands Treshiba because the nurse said the hospital didnt have any. Youre a hospital and are supposed to use your medicine equipment and staff to do your job not tell the patient to use theirs at home. If you dont have the right meds and equipment to treat my husband transfer him to one that does. The doctor in the ER mentioned signs of congestive heart failure but they never treated my husband for it. He was admitted to the hospital and when I mentioned it to a doctor that visited him in his room she said well its hard to tell. All they did was basically give him some fluids check his vitals and give him pills for his blood pressure.
Nurse and Dr. were both very professional and nice. The admin staff assistant was very rude and extremely slow processing. I guess I shouldnt have asked when I could leave at 230 when my labs were done. 445 and still sitting here
Quick acting may have saved my life. Thank you to the exceptional staff.
Highly recommend the wound care center. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
They are Super for wound care but NOT EMERGENCIES Bandaide hospital
This is possible the worst hospital ever. My buddy died cause He was over medicated. They had him on Percocet 4mg IV morphine and Ativan. I have several messages from my buddy about his care. Let’s say don’t call about your family member you will get rude nasty nurses with attitudes.Don’t go here
Worst hospital every. Nursing staff horrible they are so rude and nasty. Tried calling to check on family member got rude nasty nurses on the phone. Had a family member die in there care. Family was getting better and then got over medicated and died.
Horrible hospital. Rude nurses and staff all the way around. Inexperienced or just dont care. Told a patient your gonna die. Poor care. Dont recommend ever... update they lied to a family member about having swing beds and shoved Narcotics down an IV so fast the patient has perished.
Respiratory therapists here are trying to kill people
If I could give no stars I would. Condescending staff in the emergency department made me feel like I was doing something wrong because I was having abdominal pain. Didnt want pain meds as I drove myself which was met with eye rolls. I was in the medical field for 20 years and I can tell you the HIPPA violations were plentiful. I heard report for every person in there including myself. Not to mention the loud personal conversations by the nurses. The only way I will never go back to this hospital. I would rather drive an hour to another hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
