Pancare Of Florida's Online Review Report Card

The staff is unprofessional and mean. They refused to release my medical records,then canceled all of my appointments to get my medical records

Why even have appointments???? I called and was told my daughter could come in with me as a walk in get here and apparently not. So she has to wait in the car for 2 + hours.  Sooooo very disappointed in the lack of communication!

Waited over 2 1/2 hours just for my child to get a sports physical. There was only one other person in there when we walked in. Several people came in after us, and they were seen before us. Would not recommend.

I have been going here since I first moved here after loading everything in Bay St Louis , Mississippi due to Hurricane Katrina. I Did'nt have a Florida ID but I had a FEMA # back then. Since I've first been going there, they've added a walk-in near the back , also have a Bloodwork lab operating and a pharmacy. I just checked their prices and 2 of my meds for gout were costing me 106.00 and the other 104.00 using Sam's Club pharmacy. These are for 30 days. Pancare pharmacy has them at 5.78 and 5.29 per month. Found that out when I was there Wednesday. I immediately transferred my prescriptions to Pancare . I've had Dr. Bernier for too many years to remember. She's extremely attentive and easy to talk to . She will get on to me about doing certain things and I appreciate that. I know she cares or she wouldn't say anything. The front office staff are very friendly . Pharmacists too, and I had bloodwork done there and they were great. I went to the walk in so I wouldn't have to wait on an appointment and they were really nice and APRN/ FNP Nurse Pippin helped me out to where I did'nt have to go to gulf Coast ER. She helped me Wednesday and had me back yesterday Thursday . I really appreciated her treating me. If you don't have insurance I I would extremely advise to to check this place out. They also have a Dental clinic in town. They are open Monday- Friday 8am - 9pmOpen Saturday/ Sundays 9am - 9pm

Worst Dr. I have ever met

I have been waiting for 2 hours for a physical I'll update you guys laterThis is honestly ridiculous though hope you guys have better luck plus they let quite a few people that got here after us in here before us a physical only takes 5-10 minutes people!

I have to say I am very impressed with Pancare. From the time I walk in the door for my appointment, they are very courteous and I rarely have to wait past my appt time.

I came here with a awful cold. Late about 6 pm. Came as a walk in. Very nice girl at the desk took all my info. No problems. I was seen quickly and the Dr even tried to get me a cheaper prescription. She went and talked to the pharmacy which is on site, three times trying to find the right meds. She was very helpful. I will return.

We walked in with three sick children at 8:40pm. The sign clearly states that they close at 9pm and the doors were open. We were told from the lady at the front desk that they stop seeing clients at 8:30pm (there's nothing that shows this information)  If you're visiting from out of town (like us) DO NOT COME! Sometimes you have no idea who you're turning away....

Dr Melvin and staff really care about their patients.He takes time to go over evering with you. I live closer to the You gstown office and tried to change to themI learnt my lesson.
